Can you please introduce yourself to our readers and share a few details about your professional journey?
My name is Amy Robeson. I’m an Akashic Records practitioner, teacher, healer, and Light Language channeler—and I’m also the founder of Sacred Awakening. I help people learn how to open their Akashic Records and receive answers on demand, so they can connect more deeply with their inner wisdom and spiritual guidance.
As far as my journey goes, it started when I was a child. I would just know things—things most people didn’t—and I had prophetic dreams from a very young age. But like many of us, I lost touch with those gifts as I got older. Life took over, and I disconnected from that part of myself. It wasn’t until I hit a really low point that things started to shift. I began hearing intuitive guidance that told me to start yoga—specifically hot yoga. I followed that nudge, and as I got deeper into the practice, I started feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally. It brought me back into my body and made me want to stay here, present, and alive.
Then life took another turn. I moved to Charleston to be with my now-husband, and not long after, I cracked my tailbone for the second time. AS a result, yoga was taken away from me, and I felt myself slipping back into a dark place. That’s when I really dove into studying spiritual healing modalities. I explored dream interpretation, meditation, mediumship—anything that called to me. I just kept following the energy, letting it guide me step by step. Eventually, I reached a point where I knew I had to make a choice. I left my corporate job and made this work my full-time path. And I absolutely love what I do.
How are your Akashic Records trainings structured, and what are they like?
My Akashic Records trainings are centered around teaching people how to access their Akashic Records using crystalline energy, which sets my method apart from most traditional Akashic Record programs out there. In these trainings, people first learn how to open their own records, and then how to open the records for other people. As they move through the levels, they can also learn how to facilitate past life regressions and perform healing work within the Akashic Records themselves. The focus of the training is always on using the Akashic Records as a powerful tool for self-discovery. It’s something people can turn to for the rest of their lives—for answers big and small.
Whether it’s something as deep as “What is my life purpose?” or as practical as “What should I make for dinner?” or “How can I better express my feelings?” or “What steps can I take to start a business?”—the Akashic Records offer guidance. It becomes a way of connecting with your higher self, your soul’s wisdom, and using that connection to navigate life with more clarity and trust.
What are Light Language Symbols, and what information do they contain?
Light Language is the cosmic language of the soul—a form of communication that goes beyond the limits of the human mind. Every sound, movement, and symbol in Light Language carries paragraphs of information encoded as vibrational frequencies, often referred to as light codes. These codes bypass the conscious mind and go straight to the subconscious, where they work to shift patterns, dissolve blocks, and rewire limiting beliefs. Many people find themselves stuck in repetitive loops—living the same emotional or behavioral patterns over and over, even when they’re consciously trying to change.
Light Language disrupts those loops by reaching the subconscious level, breaking people out of the trance that’s keeping them stuck. It’s similar in nature to speaking in tongues in that there are no literal human words that can fully capture what each tone, movement, or symbol means—but the higher self understands it perfectly. While we may only be able to capture the essence of what it’s transmitting, what matters most is that it works. It speaks directly to your energy, your soul, and your higher awareness.
What courses do you offer?
I offer a range of courses designed to support spiritual awakening, intuitive development, and deep personal transformation. My signature program is Sacred Awakening for Akashic Records practitioners. In this course, students learn how to open their own Akashic Records, how to access them for others, and how to use the Records as a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery. Over 2,000 students have gone through this program, and many have experienced life-changing breakthroughs as a result.
I also offer Light Language Magik, where I teach people how to access and express the various forms of Light Language —spoken, written, signed, and danced—and how to embody their channel and purposely use Light Language for healing and manifestation. In addition, I guide DNA activations and restructuring, which help clear ancestral programming and rewire the energetic system. There’s also a Crystal Course, along with several smaller, targeted trainings that dive into specific modalities and techniques. Each course is created with the intention of helping people reconnect with their gifts, awaken to their soul truth, and step into their full power.
What topics does your podcast cover, and how did you get into podcasting?
My podcast is called “Awakening with Amy Robeson”. We talk all about the awakening process, because we go through many awakenings throughout our lifetime. I share what that looks like and how to navigate mindset, mental health, spirituality, and just being an adult in today’s world. It’s really about how we evolve, how we live our most spiritual life, and how we move through these layers of awakening while staying grounded.
