From early childhood, Shakara Tosha was immersed in a world of unseen energies, cosmic symbols, and a personal language that transcended spoken words.
Her journey as a StarBeing Messenger and Light Language speaker is one of deep remembrance—an awakening to multidimensional communication and connection with Star Guides, Elementals, and Divine Beings. In this exclusive interview with MysticMag, Shakara shares how her unique expressions of Light Language, art, and sound act as catalysts for healing and spiritual activation.

How did your journey as a StarBeing Messenger and Light Language speaker begin?
I have communicated Light Language in many forms all my life. As a child, my mom was an artist and introduced me to many multimedia art forms. Through exploring various techniques, I would draw and paint codes and symbols in all my artwork, and separately, often speak my own energetic language. I’d also write many journals full of unknown cosmic scripts, which I called “Stream Of Consciousness” at the time. I self-taught and developed (or remembered) a technique to shift my frequency and perceive higher dimensions “behind the veil” of conscious awareness.
I was also a multi-contactee experiencer of cosmic “Star People” (ETs), Spirit Guides, and Elementals/Animal spirits all my life. I experienced diverse interactions with the many beings I now refer to as “The Star Guides”. Sometimes they would appear in physical form, and I would converse with them in various ways, and sometimes they would come in dreamtime or as etheric energy I perceived.
The Guides would download extensive messages and teachings to me both physically and psychically through symbols, sounds and tones, holographic visions, and energetic perceptions. They visited me more frequently in the last 10 years, appearing as individuals and groups. These included Arcturians, Sasquatch, Cosmic Star Nations, Divine Feminine individuals and groups, Animal and Elemental Nations, Mystical Beings, Ascended Masters, my direct Guides from the 66th dimension, Guardian Alliance groups, and my own Guides.
I would be contacted by them at key time-code moments in the morning (3:33 am, 4:44 am, etc) and begin to receive an extensive download process of Messages and teachings for about 4-6 hours each day for the last 10 years. I scribed, drew, dictated, and diagrammed their Messages into thousands of pages—translating, distilling, refining, and organizing them like an alchemical process. My friend said she thought I had downloaded the Cosmic Encyclopedia and tapped into the universal Akashic Records. I have now transcribed these Messages into many activating books I’m publishing, plus teachings and techniques I am guided to share to awaken humanity in these shifting times.
I call myself a “StarBeing Messenger” because I bring the Messages from the Guides to the people, and share them in my very experiential and multidimensional ways—via live multimedia presentations and performances with my animated artwork and music, through sound and visioning journeys, energy readings & sessions, guided meditations, support circles, retreats and various products (books, art, videos, oracle cards, hand-make and produced tools with art and codes).

Can you explain the significance of Light Language and how it facilitates personal transformation?
Light Language is a non-physical, intuitive form of communication that can involve spoken, sung, or written sounds, symbols, or even movements. It’s sometimes referred to as the “language of the soul”, ancient original communication, high-frequency vibrations, or angel-speak. It is believed to be a way for individuals to connect with higher consciousness and communicate from a different realm. I have been shown that the ancient origin of all communication was via light and energy, sound and vibration, in a telepathic way between sentient beings. As sentient cosmic and then earthly beings evolved, they began to communicate telepathically with symbols and “mind-speak” that later formed into a language of songs and pictures, before written language.
Whenever people encounter someone else’s own personal expression of Light Language, it evokes a profound experience in the receiver, often tingling like a kundalini awakening. Ancient memories return to them, and a mental paradigm shift occurs as they experience reality and consciousness in very new ways. It opens up their being to be able to experience multiple dimensions through their higher senses, which create profound shifts in their mind, body, soul, spirit, and etheric frequency.
Often, the receivers then begin expressing their own Light Language. It is the Language of the future, which is evolving now, as we collectively raise our frequency and transform into new humans and cosmic citizens again. Because the frequency of the cosmos, the sun, and the earth is vibrating higher now, many people are spontaneously communicating their own intuited form of Light Language, in various forms, but usually one consistent style.
Personally, I communicate my Light Language in many forms—speaking various languages (some are direct “Star Languages” like Arcturian and Pleiadian, Lemurian or whale language), or offering swift energetic transfers of large packets of information from the Guides together with me to the recipient. I also share the Language of Light via written symbols and codes, dancing, mudras, music, and art, and other forms.
For me, I received Light Language in many forms from my Guides and direct life experiences…and I now share it in many forms. The multidimensional formats and processes of my work further activate a multidimensional awareness and consciousness in the receiver.
I’m shown My Light Language expressions activate dormant frequencies and DNA in others, awakening their “Codes of Creation” that they all carry but have forgotten over time and now need to remember. During the interaction with others and even on my own, I tap into and function on those higher dimensions, and function as a transmitter of the data, instructions, energy retuning, and wisdom from my Higher Self directly in partnership with The Star Guides, versus channeling of information and guides through me.
What role do your channeled artworks and Soul Portraits play in the healing process?
I’m shown that all the artwork I transmit and create is energetic in frequency, and carries living codes. It has been an evolving and elaborate creation process, whereby I tune in to higher frequencies of the person and their Guides I am creating an individual Soul Portrait or Light Codes for. I “feel” and sense their unique energetic frequency signature in their field, and I am shown psychically how creative energy moves through them, while I am also instructed by the Guides to draw it in a certain way and include an instructional and activating script just for them.
Then I put my hand over my drawing (both hand-drawn art and digital creations) and “read’ the Messages I scribed energetically back to myself, then speak and record a Light Language Message from what I have intuited, which complements the artwork. My Guides have shown that when the recipient simultaneously views the artwork and listens to the Light Language audio, they fully “activate’ the work, which thereby activates new energetic synapses and higher senses and consciousness within them.
Its immediate function is both healing and activating, which assists with further awakening and expansion of their consciousness. Many clients have experienced releases of resistance and blocks in their lives, receive new ideas and inspiration, feel more empowered, and get a sense of excitement to pursue their passions.
In what ways do your sessions support individuals navigating spiritual awakenings or ascension?
During my private one-on-one or group Sessions, I offer Light Language specific to the individual(s) I’m interacting with, which may be direct Messages and Language of their specific Guides, and/or energetic transfers for healing, awakening, activation and expansion, depending on what the client needs at that moment. I’m shown that I, my Higher Self, and my Star Guides “partner” and communicate on higher dimensions with the recipients’ Higher Self and their Guides, and I bring through messages uniquely for them, often in their own ancient Star Language.
I can see, sense, and feel their energetic field, codes, holographic images, and their Guides…and share back to the clients what I’m experiencing. As they continue to ask specific questions about life, Star People, healing, careers or any other topic, I also tap into the expensive database of downloads I previously received and pull up the specific topical information and energy codes just for them, while I also listen for and share the Messages that come in live from the Guides present. All this is further supported by Light Language Messages, which function as energetic accents, retuning, and acceleration through the session.
My sessions work on many levels and uniquely assist each individual to awaken more deeply to their true gifts and abilities. I also share tools and techniques to further experience this through guidance, recommendations, spiritual modalities, and daily life tips, plus encourage deeper-dive learning through my books, classes, and workshops if they wish to explore more with me over time.
I’m shown that the process I offer during the sessions assists them in awakening their higher senses and expanding their abilities in new ways, which supports their spiritual journey with new understandings, concepts, and practical tools they can apply in their daily life. This greatly assists their conscious, physical, and unconscious movement through these “Ascension” times we are collectively experiencing.
My services help raise their frequency so the energetic transformations that are building in the cosmos, on the earth, and within each individual will be easier to understand and navigate physically and energetically. I also teach and share useful tools about how to become active and conscious artists and creators of their life, so they can utilize energy, light, and consciousness in new ways and co-create the new world we are entering that benefits everyone.
Could you share a memorable experience where your connection with Star Guides profoundly impacted a client?
I have offered thousands of sessions to clients worldwide, and each has some kind of profound experience during the session, which continues in their dreamtime and daily life. Each client is impacted differently, because I “partner” with them and their Higher Self and Guides in that moment, which varies with each format I utilize to interact with them, via presentations, journeys, workshops of client sessions, and differs with each group or individual. We are truly co-creating frequencies at that moment, which I energetically “read” and translate in a way each person can uniquely understand and utilize.
Through the Light Language, Guidance, and teachings I offer in my own unique way, clients receive a multi-sensory experience that stimulates them on various levels at once, and awakens their “synesthesia” like quantum entanglement of their higher senses. And it’s always a unique event to experience the Star Guides through the spoken Light Language and feeling their presence (many psychics can see the guides around me). People come face-to-face with a live and direct interaction with various Star People through and within me, which is a very profound experience for people.
Generally, I often bring through a group of Arcturians (which I am shown I’m connected to as the Arcturian “me” in another dimension) together with ancient Lemurian and cosmic Grandmothers. People often cry tears of joy because some inner aspect of them recognizes this language or Guide, and they feel a loving and comforting guiding presence that makes them feel immediately calm and protected. I also work with the violet flame energies and the Christ (crystalline) consciousness frequency, which people experience as being in the presence of an ascended master, I am told from the recipients.
Some clients contact me months or years later, sharing that their relationship with a partner or family member shifted deeply and positively, or they changed careers to follow their passion and are creating abundance, or they put the manifestation techniques I teach into practice and their whole life changed dramatically for the better. Some clients have experienced a lessening or resolution of a major health issue, and a long-term client was able to finalize heavy doses of mental and physical medications while gaining clarity and self-realization. Other clients have spontaneously communicated Light Language that they now use regularly for their own spiritual journey or even within their work profession and spiritual modalities.
People share that they feel immediately at ease, empowered, their soul feels “seen and heard” in higher dimensional ways, and they get confirmation that they are on the right soul path for them, while learning tools to direct their life and future in powerful new ways. I also always offer teachings on a relevant topic from me and the Guides that are informational and useful to them. There is incredible and tactile emotion and powerful love that pours through me as I’m doing all my “work”, which I also experience while the recipient is receiving the energy, information, and upgrading. It can be felt physically, at a soul and spiritual level simultaneously, like a profound wave of energy that rolls over and through them, according to what I directly feel and also what each person experiences and expresses back to me.
How do you envision the integration of Star Messages into the collective consciousness in the coming years?
Many energies and things in our world are shifting now. As old systems in society are being replaced by new ones that are being built and coming online, the earth is shifting into a higher frequency, which causes each person to vibrate in new and higher ways.
The collective consciousness is awakening swiftly and more fully now, like the veil being lifted, whereby each person will experience heightened awareness collectively. The work I offer helps people prepare for bigger shifts of energy coming into our world now at all levels that affect everything…from the cosmos, from within the earth, and what is expanding right within each individual human being, including the land and all sentient living things.
I’m shown the various summarized and detailed Star Messages I share, through various media, that help people awaken their inner “Codes of Creation” and be able to create their life consciously in this world. The Messages are both ancient and future-focused, and carry awakening vibrations that help people remember and rekindle their relationship to all they have been and to the Creator Source directly. And the Star Children coming into the world now are bringing in new frequencies to the planet that further awaken humanity. These children will be the new teachers for humanity as each of them further awakens and utilizes their unique skills and gifts in new ways.
Ultimately, humanity will celebrate and offer their unique contributions and gifts, while also experiencing directly unity consciousness and connection with all living things. We will begin actively co-creating new things, radically different experiences, and new social interactions. The world is moving into a totally new vibration and frequency, which people will feel as kind and loving waves of light. We will collectively feel the energetic presence of other people, plus experience the physical presence of Star People walking amongst us and creating with us as they had done before in ancient times, as the earth becomes recognized as a galactic Star Nation in and of itself, in the cosmos.
All planets and Star Nations in the cosmos are eternally continually expansion, as we are also universally experiencing a huge upshift of frequencies at this time. Other Star Nations people and races are eagerly watching to see how Earth will experience this upshift while humans are in physical form and expanding exponentially, to consciously create our future collectively. As each human individual becomes more aware of how energy and frequency work, they will evolve to become conscious, creative citizens of the cosmos, participating in the new world experience.
