Then just pick up the corresponding Bach Remedies that you feel would most help with what is going on in your life at the present moment, and take them.  The key in this system is to reassess what you are feeling every so often, as you always want to be taking the Bach Flower Remedies that correspond to what you are feeling NOW, as that is your body’s way of indicating what it needs in order to become healthy and at its best.

So, if the first ones you tried worked great, the temptation is often to just stick with them.  But the best way to actually keep improving your health is to switch to working on whatever states of mind are most prevalent within you at the present time.  That could be the same ones as before or different ones, but you always have to match which remedies you are taking to what you are feeling now, to have the most success with this system.  The frequency of taking them is key, too: you will have more success by taking a few drops a few times a day—especially when you are acutely feeling the mood they are designed to treat—than by taking one big dose instead.
