Ars Lucida, founded by Elena Antonovska, was born from her personal journey of transformation and her deep understanding of human connection.
Inspired by her experiences, Elena sought to create a space where people could gain clarity and insight into their true selves, free from the noise of everyday life. Over the years, Ars Lucida has integrated various methodologies, such as Access Consciousness®, NLP, and bioresonance therapy, to help individuals unlock their potential and overcome limiting beliefs.
In her interview with MysticMag, Elena shares how Ars Lucida continues to evolve, offering personalized coaching programs and holistic approaches to support personal and professional growth.
What inspired you to establish Ars Lucida, and how has your personal journey influenced its mission?
Ars Lucida was established 10 years after I began working with people in various capacities. Over the years, I realized that while we are all unique, we also share a commonality. This understanding became crucial as I worked with clients, especially when considering how we communicate.
For example, you might speak one language from your perspective, while I speak another. This difference highlighted the importance of flexibility—adapting my approach to meet people where they are. Ars Lucida emerged as a place of clarity, a space where people can gain clear insight into who they truly are beneath the noise of daily life. Through various methods of communication, listening, and being present, the mission became to provide people with exactly what they need, in the way they need it.
Can you elaborate on how Ars Lucida integrates various methodologies like Access Consciousness®, NLP, and bioresonance therapy to support clients’ well-being?
I’ll continue in the same way as the first question. I’m a knowledge seeker, first and foremost, and my personal journey has been quite challenging. However, I wasn’t fully aware of the extent until I started working with these methods. When I began learning, I started to remember things I had already known. Now, at 52, I can recall a lot more.
I realized that combining different methods could make it easier for clients to open up. At Ars Lucida, we use many methodologies, including Access Consciousness®, NLP, and bioresonance therapy as part of our solutions. These tools are available when needed, essentially acting as a toolbox. For example, if a client needs help breaking limiting beliefs, we open the toolbox and pull out the tools from Access Consciousness®. If we need to uncover certain patterns or habits, we may use NLP. Sometimes, we simply address the energy that we all have but often forget.
The beauty of this approach is that these methods aren’t in conflict with each other; they complement one another. The goal remains the same, but the paths to reach it are different. It’s about offering a holistic sense of well-being, allowing clients to access the answers they need.
How do your coaching programs, such as the ‘Coaching Gym’ and ‘Holistic Coaching Program,’ cater to individuals seeking personal and professional development?
Coaching is a powerful method because it empowers individuals to discover their own path, unlock their potential, find their own answers, and achieve their goals. The combination of coaching methods we offer is quite versatile, which is why programs like the Coaching Gym and Holistic Coaching Program are effective.
The Coaching Gym is a more targeted approach. We’ve designed it in packages to address specific challenges or areas where a client feels stuck. These packages use various methods to tackle the issue at hand, and the process is fast and focused.
On the other hand, the Holistic Coaching Program takes a broader approach. It’s about learning a new way of living. We teach clients how to incorporate knowledge from the program into their everyday lives. The program covers a wide range of topics, from how we perceive the world through our senses to how our brains work, to deep karmic lessons. We also address emotional and mental health, regression, creation, coaching, and, of course, the spiritual aspect of it all.
This is a deep, ongoing process that we navigate together, with homework to help reinforce learning. At the end, we summarize everything to see what has been achieved and what insights have emerged.
What role do energy sessions and practices like meditation and conscious breathing play in your holistic approach to wellness?
This is a great question, and I’ll explain why. The rational, cognitive mind can be a tricky entity. It allows for conversation and intellectual understanding, like in this interview. I can understand what Elena is saying on a rational level. However, if I don’t integrate that understanding into my subconscious or unconscious mind, it will never truly click. I won’t be able to apply it.
Some methods focus on serving the cognitive, intellectual mind, while others are designed to work with the unconscious. Practices like conscious breathing, meditation, and energy healing are tools for integration. They help relieve the system, releasing tension, overload, and the noise I mentioned earlier, allowing the knowledge to sink into the intuitive or unconscious level.
This integration is essential for stepping into practical spirituality and the real-world application of personal growth. As I see it, between every word there is breathing, and between every word, there is silence. In both words and silence, there is energy. Through these practices, we create space for coolness and allow ourselves to integrate knowledge into our spiritual journey.
How does Ars Lucida ensure that its services remain accessible and relevant to a diverse clientele in today’s fast-paced world?
The team at Ars Lucida is very creative, myself included. We stay in tune with the market’s needs and keep up with emerging trends, such as AI, for example. We maintain a strong online presence through our website, shop, and all major social media platforms, ensuring we’re accessible across the digital space.
At the same time, we remain approachable and flexible. We welcome anyone to contact us and share their needs. I view the world today as one large village, as I mentioned earlier, where everyone is interconnected. With modern technology, I believe distance is no longer a barrier.
We offer a variety of methods, packages, and approaches for both personal and professional development. These are tailored to each individual client, whether they are CEOs, healers, or professionals from any field. Everyone’s needs are addressed with a personalized approach.
Looking ahead, what are your aspirations for Ars Lucida in the evolving landscape of holistic health and personal development?
Oh my God, you have no idea. Sometimes my mind feels like a universe. A few days ago, I turned 52, and I can’t explain the shift I’ve experienced. My mind has started to expand, and I began thinking about how I can reach people more easily and in a simpler way. Mmm… I feel like we’re just getting started.
I’m envisioning Ars Lucida as a digital content platform—perhaps not exactly that, but definitely a space where we can share knowledge in the form of courses, live meetings, and video lessons. Some of the work I do requires not only learning but also feeling and experiencing it.
I see retreats. Immersive spaces where people can really slow down and reconnect. I see digital programs, books, even maybe a podcast — sharing conversations that matter.
In the future, I want to develop my own holistic method, simple, practical approaches that allow people to connect with themselves without getting caught up in complexity. The world isn’t perfect, and neither are we. Transformation doesn’t have to be complicated; it just has to be real. We need to stay grounded and practical.
My goal is to continue connecting science and spirituality, structure and intuition. I want to reach as many people as possible because we can only evolve together. Individual progress alone isn’t truly beneficial—it’s hard work to do it on your own.
Beyond the projects, my real hope is that Ars Lucida becomes a kind of sanctuary. For people navigating change, stepping into leadership, or just trying to live more truthfully.
We don’t need to be more perfect. We need to be more present. More real. That’s the future I want to keep building—with every person who walks through this work.
