What is Dragonfly Medicine?
Dragonfly medicine is powerful medicine. It works in many ways. Simply put, it is the medicine that illuminates the growth opportunity, heals the disconnections, and helps us grow into our best selves
The Dragonfly is symbolic of evolutionary growth. Being a creature from the Triassic epoch of time (250 m.y.), it has learned to adapt through all of the pressures of change and adversity throughout time, and it still continues to thrive to this day. This is the essence of the medicine I offer as a Wisdom Keeper and Healer.
We are evolving beings, returning to the human experience in a series of reincarnations to understand the full spectrum of the human condition. We bring with us karmic imprints from our past lives, that provide innumerable opportunities for us to learn how to become more loving, compassionate, and forgiving and master our lower-Egoic natures.
Our incarnated experiences are hard and messy, filled with the low vibrations of cruelty, suffering, power dynamics, violence, oppression, disconnection, and so forth. Yet we also know love, respect, acceptance, connection, joy, beauty, bliss, etc., all in varying degrees, and we know that these higher vibrations are what we want more of. We are divinely designed for it, made to know Love and Light, yet throughout our various incarnations we often forget.
Dragonfly medicine is the remembrance of how unconditional love, compassion, and forgiveness are the unifying forces that heal adversity, no matter how large, and that help us heal our karmic imprints so that we may evolve into our greatest selves, for this lifetime and all others to come.
How did you get into this field and what sparked your interest in it?
The short answer is Karma. With each new lifetime (incarnation) we carry forward our gifts, skills, and the energetics of our previous trades into the new lifetime. If numbers come easily and naturally to you in this lifetime, you worked with numbers in the last lifetime, and so forth.
I was guided to the spiritual path from an early age. When I was 9 years old, in a Catholic grade school outside of Detroit, MI, I experienced a powerful force come into me. It said, “Question everything. Everything you are being taught is only a slice of the truth.” Of course, I had no idea what it was at the time, yet it left an imprint in me, which set me on the path to do just that – question everything. When I was 11 years old, I had another similar experience that left me with the feeling that I was going to do something really big in the world and that finding the “Truth” was essential for getting there.
That force, which I call my angel, guided me throughout my life. It helped shape my path and bring me to the people and places I needed: to reconnect to Source creation, to energy consciousness, to the benevolent beings of Light, to remind me of Who and What I Am, to further develop my multi-sensory skillset, and to put me on the path of supporting the Awakening of this planet, for exactly this very moment of human evolution.
I have had an extraordinary life thus far, already feeling that I have lived fully. I’ve had to do my own work of looking at and working through all of my personal and ancestral karmic imprints, wounds, and life challenges. I’ve been directed to meet people exactly where they are at, on all socioeconomic paths of life and with all levels of adversity.
The path came to me. Another way to say that is that I chose this path before I was born.
What energy healing modalities do you use?
In my practice, energy healing comes from the highest vibrations of Light and Love in the supremely pure, conscious Universe. I use this Light and Love vibration to lift, cleanse, clear, and heal karmic imprints that live within each client’s chakra system and that permeate the four energy bodies (physical, emotional-mental, soul, and spirit). I work with Benevolent Beings and a psychic skillset to track the field to see what is the dominant energy behind the current situation. From there, I determine what energy services are needed. Common services include illuminations, chakra balancing and/or reset, cord removal, crystalized (blocked) energy extraction, entity extraction, soul retrieval/s, destiny retrievals, and timeline trauma healing, among others.
What ideas do you base your coaching on and what role does karma have in it?
My coaching is based on exploring the soul and what is needed for the client’s greatest soul evolution. The soul is the energy body that guides our life experiences. It acts like an energetic magnet drawing towards us the people, situations, challenges, achievements, events, etc., throughout our lives. It also reflects the dominant energy within the client’s energy field, showing what the client needs to overcome. What the soul draws to us, is the “opportunity” to enhance our life in some way. If it is a karmic imprint playing out in a disempowering pattern, the soul is trying to get us to make a different choice. It will continually bring us to similar scenarios until we can finally learn the greater lesson, which returns us to our personal empowerment and finally frees us from the imprint, giving us a new experience to life.
There is much to say about this process, more than what can be stated in this short interview. However, during a client session, I work with the soul’s scenario that is playing out in the imprint (dominant energy) along with the guidance of the Benevolent Beings, to assess what is most desired for a breakthrough to occur and evolve the soul into a new state of being. These come as coaching suggestions as the client will always be the healer … and I, their Guide.
You also offer ceremonial services. What can you tell me about that part of your work?
Ceremony is the marked moment, honored and witnessed within a highly conscious container of Divinity, of the shift and change that has occurred within us. Whether we perform a Moon ceremony of releasing, healing, dreaming, or creating; a seasonal ceremony of life, growth, death, rebirth; or a Passage ceremony commemorating a significant shift within our identity, we are seen, heard, leveled-up and supported by the highest, benevolent forces of the Universe. Ceremonies are a powerful and conscious way to recreate ourselves, our lives, and our realities in the highest, vibrationally attuned way. We are electromagnetic beings of Light, constantly emitting vibrations and frequencies. When we connect into divine power with love, gratitude, and reverence, we can wholly enrich our lives and create a better world for all of humanity.
Ceremony is a way of life for those wanting to live the higher path of consciousness.
