How do you approach the initial session with a new client to ensure a personalized and tailored counseling experience that aligns with their unique needs and goals?

In the initial session, we have a conversation in which we can get to know each other.  What are their concerns, their desires, and their goals?  We get to know them on an individual level. It is important that the client also gets to know me to assure they are comfortable with me.

In your counseling and coaching sessions, how do you create a supportive and empowering environment that encourages clients to open up and explore their personal and professional growth?

This starts with getting to know each other.  Having conversations in which we find a common interest we can share.  I let them know that anything they say is confidential and being non judgemental.

What type of services do you offer?

Services that are offered include counseling, life coaching, hypnosis, dream interpretation, dnd Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT as known as tapping).  I also work with the Angels, work in Akashic Records, and work in clearing the Chakras. I am an Usui Reiki Master and use the healing of Reiki with all the techniques.  There are other services that can be used on an individual basis.

You emphasize the importance of investing completely in your clients’ journeys. How do you adapt your counseling approach to different individuals, considering their diverse backgrounds, personalities, and challenges?

As I get to know each client on an individual basis, I begin to formulate possible techniques that may be suitable for the individual based on their journey in life, what they are feeling, and where they want to be.  This information is then shared with the individual with alternative ways to proceed.  It is the individual’s choice on how we proceed.  I try to include as many personal rituals as possible. Just about any technique can be adjusted to fit the diverse personalities and backgrounds of the individual.

How do you balance the fine line between providing guidance and allowing clients the space to self-discover their skills and abilities during the counseling process?

Healing is always a choice.  I share options for a healing journey with the one I feel may be the best.  There is an emphasis on those techniques that may work best because of their own strengths and those designed to help strengthen the weaknesses.

Your commitment to tailoring support for each client is evident. How do you assess and reassess the effectiveness of your interventions, and how do you adjust your approach to ensure ongoing relevance to your clients’ evolving needs?

Continuous check-ins are important. How does the client feel they are progressing?  What do they feel is working for them? What do they feel may not be working for them? Celebrate the wins, adjust techniques to strengthen the weaker ones.  Healing journeys are always changing as the client improves the techniques to fit where they are.  If the techniques are not working, let us look and find one that will help.
