Aubree Saia, Founder of Breath of Life Mystery School and Transformational Guide, reveals to MysticMag how she works with her clients and gives us a glimpse into her delectable Cacao Ceremonies and their benefits.
As a Transformational Guide, Embodiment Alchemist and founder of Breath of Life, how would you define your core role for those who seek your help?
I am devoted to empowering women with life Alchemy tools to develop self-mastery, so they can fully embody their soul essence and energetically align with their desires.
What can you tell us about your delectable Cacao Ceremonies and who can best benefit?
I see Cacao Ceremonies as a deeply soul nourishing experience and community gathering. Ceremonial Cacao is the purest form of cacao(nothing has been removed). It’s grown by indigenous cultures and is usually passed down through family generations. They revere it as a Sacred Plant Medicine, and cacao has been known for thousands of years to be a high-vibrational sacred plant medicine, especially for the heart.
We gather in a sacred space and sip on ceremonial cacao. I lead the experience with intention and ritual. Many practices can unfold within the ceremony – dancing, singing, breathwork, partner connection exercises, reflection practices and more… The cacao itself is a vasodilator and a cardiac stimulant. Unlike caffeine, it opens up the blood vessels and lowers the blood pressure bringing more circulation into your heart.
This supports expansion of the heart field – people start to feel more alert, receptive, open and vulnerable. There are many chemical compounds such as anandomine, dopamine and serotonin all of which are feel-good chemicals, in addition to the high levels of antioxidants. The sipping of the cacao awakens the senses, inspires the mind, energizes the physical body, opens and activates the heart space. Sometimes old stored emotions rise to the surface for clearing and release. This creates a sense of spaciousness and openness. A feeling of deep connection with those around you arises inside. A collective coherence is created and is quite a blissful experience.
What other Wellness Services do you offer your clients?
I’m extensively trained as a holistic practitioner and weave together many different sacred living arts practices for my clients and offerings. My own personal awakening journey is what guided me onto this path. Yoga was the doorway for me into so many other empowerment, healing and spiritual practices such as conscious breathing, which is my greatest passion. I’m also a TRE provider (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises). This fascinating, spontaneous shaking practice awakens the body’s innate wisdom to tremble from the inside out and unwinds deeply held tension patterns in the body while down regulating the nervous system.
I’m a certified raw chef who specializes in raw nutrition, detox/cleansing and am a transformational coach. I lead foundational & advanced yoga teacher training programs, create group programs for women and guide epic retreats.
With the intention of creating sacred sisterhood, I recently started offering Ritual Dance for women in my local community and virtual new moon sister circles. These womxn only spaces provide a place for women to unfurl their feminine and express freely through dance, connection with sisters, ritual and reflection. So much magic and transformation can happen when women come together to uplift one another!
Which aspect of your work has had the greatest impact on your own spiritual growth and development?
Being an entrepreneur in itself is a deep spiritual practice. I would say that the number one soul alchemy tool for myself has been the Conscious Breath practice. Its effects are incredibly potent for illumination, for energizing and for inspiring my life.
What importance does yoga have in the healing practices you propose, and in general?
Yoga is an amazing practice, and as I mentioned was the doorway for me into various other healing practices and to spirituality. Yoga is extremely beneficial to the nervous system, helps manage stress and keeps the body strong and limber.
Within the physical practice of Yoga, I have been trained in many styles, but Prana Vinyasa Yoga is the one that I am connected to the most. I work a lot with the elements, the seasons and the lunar cycles within that practice. You can become your own energetic alchemist by working with the elements within the physical practice of Yoga. I use the elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether practices to balance my energetic needs in the moment and guide my students to do the same. This can also be achieved through various elemental meditation and breath practices.
