How did you discover your psychic abilities, and what led you to pursue a career as a psychic medium and healer?
My grandmother Anna identified that I had the “gift” of a psychic at birth, so I grew up knowing I was psychic. I have a white horseshoe with a line down the middle on the roof of my mouth. When the babies were born in my family, as soon as my grandmother could get her hands on us, she would look for the mark. I spent a lot of time with my grandmother growing up, who also did this work, which was wonderful because I had support in making being psychic ok. She also instilled a powerful sense of having spirit helpers, which has been priceless in my life during challenging times. Though knowing I had the ability to do the work of a psychic medium, my grandmother was careful not to push me into it too early. At nineteen, the spirit thought I was ready. One day in May in 1984, I went into a spontaneous transit in my grandmother’s kitchen and channeled her esoteric teacher, Ti Aldeana. So, for me it is my destiny and the expression I am meant to deliver my life purpose of helping others. It was not until the early 90’s that I got interested in healing work. I had a cousin who is a sacred pipe carrier in a Micmac tribe, and it was working with him when I became interested in healing work. I was fortunate because of that connection to be able to have studied healing and clearing techniques with 2 different tribal chiefs for a brief time. Fascinated with their techniques and the reverence in which they worked, I got hungry to learn more about healing. Though it was some time before my next teacher appeared, he too was trained in ancient traditions, being a Celtic Shaman. Around the same time, I also began learning Reiki. At the time I worked for the government delivering mail because it paid “good money.” I was a letter carrier delivering mail on foot and carrying a heavy mail bag at that point for over 15 years and my body was starting to suffer from it. Chronic pain, a serious neck injury and almost overdosing on pain medication, due to forgetting when I had taken the last dose, because the pain was so extreme, led me to explore other healing modalities. I got hurt at work and it was determined that I needed emergency neck surgery. However, because I got hurt at work they could not move forward with the surgery, until workers comp approved it. I spent three and a half weeks being completely bedridden, 8 months not being able to lift more than 5 pounds or drive and a year and a half not being able to work at all! Shortly after almost overdosing, still being in extreme amounts of pain, one of my aunts took me to her massage therapist who was also trained in Cranio sacral therapy. It was only because of the practitioner that in the end, I did not have the surgery.
Because it took 7 months for my injury claim to be accepted and that was only the first approval step, Surgery approval was a whole other story. I was improving due to the natural therapies. I could hold my head up, started to drive shortly after my injury was accepted as job related and was able to do some small tasks around the house. My spinal surgeon decided I should continue what I was doing and not pursue the surgery, because it was a very risky surgery that could lead to paralysis if he was off even a millimeter during the surgery. Though it was a long road to healing, he used me as an example of healing for other patients and began recommending natural healing to some of them before and after going under the knife.
Having that experience led me to study other modalities of healing. From Reiki, I learned Angel healing, studied Past Life Regression, and got certified through Brian Weiss. Then I began working with essential oils, studying with Dr Bruce Berkowsky, before ending up at the Rhys Thomas Institute of Energy Medicine. Where I spent 3 years in the advanced program, becoming certified as a full spectrum healer and a personality profile specialist. Most recently I studied with Healer Althea Gray, earning a certification in Professional Clearing and Gold treatments.
With over 30 years of experience, how have you seen the field of psychic mediumship and healing evolve, and what advancements or changes have you personally witnessed?
Great question! The biggest change and evolution, as far as the field of psychic mediumship goes, is seeing more acceptance and less fear from a larger audience of people. There is much more openness about it than there was even 10 years ago. I feel this is due to some great teachers who work very ethically that have paved the way, as well as research that has been taking place.
I also feel Eastern medicine, acupuncture and meditation coming to the west, not only helped with the evolution of healing and spiritual practice in Western culture. But also, with more acceptance of psychic mediumship.
Another factor in evolution and acceptance has been the government’s use of remote viewing, a type of psychic work. As well as scientific studies on intuition, psychic, mediumship, and natural healing, are helping to this Psychic mediumship and healing less taboo and more acceptable.
UCDAVIS statistics professor, Jessica Utts, specializing in evaluating parapsychology research said, when analyzing the Governments remote viewing project, psychic functioning was “scientifically proven”.
From the “Woo Woo” perspective, Yale School of medicine has been studying psychics since 2014. Albert Powers, MD, PhD, HS ’16, assistant professor of psychiatry, and Philip Corlett, PhD, FW ’10, associate professor of psychiatry, published their findings of one of their studies in the August 11, 2017, issue of Science magazine. Another research study regarding mediums who heard “spirit voices” was published in the Journal of Mental Health, Religion and Culture by Durham University and funded by the Wellcome Trust. The University has expanded their research on clairaudience (clear hearing) and mediumship to understand a bigger picture of what it is like for the psychic mediums to receive such information.

As an author, what inspired you to write your #1 international best-selling book, and what valuable insights or teachings do you hope readers take away from it?
I had wanted to write for many, many years and had begun authoring many books, but never finished them for assorted reasons. Last year, I was asked to contribute to a completion book about the success I have had on the drop in audio app Clubhouse. The book hit #1 in 4 categories on Amazon. The producer of the book knew I had been wanting to write and pushed me to finally do my own book to follow up the clubhouse book and I am so glad she did.
My intention in authoring my book was to help everyone understand and teach that each and every person on the planet has “Psychic Intuition.” I break down in simple terms, giving examples and techniques and how to access the “psychic sense,” so that whoever picks up the book can start using the tools and practices right away. I have found through my years of working with thousands of clients as a psychic medium and personality profile specialist, people can have more success in learning how to expand their “psychic intuition” when focusing on their personality and learning style. In chapter 3, I go into the personalities, helping people understand their psychic intuition will come most naturally using their own personality strengths.
For example, someone who “knows things” but does not know how they know it, is filtering the psychic or intuitive “download” through the knowledgeable achiever profile. When you work with what is natural to you already, filtering through your profile, it is easier to tap into information coming from outside of you. I go into depth teaching this in my signature VIP program, Your Secret Intuition Code.
In your coaching practice, what strategies or techniques do you employ to help clients overcome obstacles, tap into their inner wisdom, and live more fulfilling lives?
Working with each client looks a little different depending on where they are in their life, what they need and where they want to be after they have worked with me. Often Using many of the processes and techniques I am trained in, each session is different. For the client who is looking for specific guidance on specific areas in their life, it would be a prescriptive/predictive intuitive strategy session. If a person has a lot of past wounds, I may use a method I am trained in called Invision Process® which is based on Carl Jung’s and Joseph Cambell’s work. Most people spend more time in their minds in the past or in the future. There are multilayers and processes I can take someone through to rewire the brain, creating new pathways and possibilities for new choices, without ever talking about their story or any trauma story. I am not a therapist and often work with clients in therapy or sometimes recommend the client work with a therapist for the most impact.
If a client has a physical issue, I would do healing sessions, along with guided meditation, mindfulness practices, and coaching. For stress relief or anxiety, any of the above and EFT, past life regression, relaxation strategy. Homework and teaching clients how to work with their guides are a must when working with me! For those who are not visually minded and are very left brained, I teach them how to use a pendulum to work with their spirit guides, as well as using oracle cards.
I also often incorporate clients’ astrological birth charts and progressions, along with other tools I have up my sleeve. Always guided by my own psychic intuition and my guides, to deliver unique personalized sessions and coaching.
What is the most profound or significant lesson you have learned throughout your journey as a psychic medium, healer, coach, and author, and how has it shaped your approach to your work?
There are 3 very profound and significant lessons I learned that impacted me greatly and shaped who I am today and how I work.
1. Not everyone in this field, like any field, is ethical or accurate. What I did not understand then, is that each person on the planet filters EVERYTHING through the lens of their understanding, based on their upbringing, and input in the years of development. So, if someone had trauma and they had not sought out help to work through the trauma, the trauma will affect how accurate a psychic, medium, reader, and how effective they will be as a healer.
2. The same is also true when it comes to ethics and money. When people come to a psychic medium or anyone else who gives guidance, they do so because they need clear direction and help. They trust the practitioner. Sadly, I have seen and have experienced people in this field taking advantage of others. One that really made an impact on me was one of my early teachers. As I spent more time with her, I began to realize how unethical she was and how skewed her readings were. Her life was full of drama and that spilled over into the readings she gave. Readings were her only real income and when she needed money, she would call clients and tell them they needed a reading, only because she needed cash! Having a reading once or twice a year for most people is usually enough, unless something unexpected happens. Coaching and healing are different. I work with people depending on their needs, what they want to achieve and what they can afford, sometimes once a week and sometimes once a month. Between coaching sessions EVERYONE gets homework!
3. The most positive and profound lesson came when I found a teacher who has wonderful ethics, boundaries and believed in me and my ability to be excellent in this field. It is through her teachings that I learned how to clear the lens I “see” through and to be the best I can possibly be. To do no harm and to guide people to discover they have the power within them to develop and open up their own intuition, learning, as I did, how to trust the intuitive voice we all have.
