Can you tell me a bit about yourself and your professional background?
I began my career on a traditional path. After getting a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration, I worked in the corporate world for 15 years on the business end of the entertainment industry. During the later part of my corporate career, I began spending time in meditation and that’s when my own awareness and spiritual gifts started to develop and guided me down this path. I knew I no longer belonged in the corporate world and my soul was going to take me in a completely new direction so that I could fulfill my life’s purpose which is the work I do now and that I absolutely love.
The services I offer – intuitive coaching, quantum healing, and hypnosis support an integrative approach to wellness by working with the mindset, the energy field, and the subconscious mind. They’re also complementary in how they support each other by working with different aspects of the client. It’s all about transformation through higher consciousness which is the foundation of living our highest life.
It brings me so much joy to be witness to the profound shifts that take place in the lives of my clients.
Can you describe for our readers what Intuitive Coaching is?
A major part of my work with intuitive coaching is connecting directly to the soul to assist people with answering the questions of why (why is this happening); how (how to best navigate the situation at hand) and finally, what (what are the highest next steps to take in order to reach the desired outcome)? Clients feel lighter, clearer, hopeful, and empowered knowing how to proceed forward. And, that’s what it’s about – forward movement, expansion, creation, inspiration, and joy.
I’m always amazed at the guidance that comes through in each session. It’s about experiencing ourselves as the powerful creators that we are. We begin to understand that life isn’t happening to us but rather that we are creating it. That’s when we start to live life in a completely new way. The guidance is there to lead us down our highest path and live our full potential. Coaching sessions are useful to move through any area of life (work, relationships, money, past, present, or future). Sessions are intuitive, predictive, and therapeutic.
How does Quantum Healing work?
Quantum healing is particularly impactful because we elevate the session into the field of infinite possibilities. When we work with the quantum realm, we’re connecting with the highest aspects of you in order to activate your crystalline structures and divine DNA. Our divine DNA is where all of our superpowers reside!
In each session, we clear your cellular memory and all of the energetic imprints that aren’t serving you. And, we do this across all time and space. Next, we replace that with divine love. Clients love how relaxing and calming energy sessions are.
There are no limits to how energy healing can support you in every aspect of your life. You’ll always get what you need.
How do you implement hypnosis into your work and how is spiritual hypnosis different from other forms of hypnosis?
The subconscious makes up 88% of our mind so it is a powerful resource to work with in order to create change in our lives where needed and to free us from the limitations that have held us back from realizing our full potential.
There are many ways in which hypnosis can support us on a path of self-discovery and living a life of excellence. Spiritual hypnosis allows us to experience ourselves in past incarnations (past-life regression) as an example. We can also use this tool to meet our guides and angels or to reconnect with a departed loved one among other useful practices.
Traditional hypnosis is more of what people are familiar with. This type of hypnosis is used to overcome fears, improve performance, replace bad habits with good ones, and so on.
Coaching, energy sessions, and hypnosis can be incredibly supportive when used together to improve our lives.
