Could you kindly share with us a bit about your background story and how you discovered your passions and abilities?
Thank You for having me here! I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, Akashic Records Teacher, and Meditation Teacher, and Psychic. I am trained in and practice about 20 healing modalities, which all complement and support each other. It’s similar to speaking many languages and dialects. Like many Lightworkers who are here to help, I entered this incarnation (lifetime) with intuitive access across space, time, and dimensions. I’m Buddhist and believe in the life energy of souls, and of reincarnation. Across lifetimes, humans retain the knowledge, wisdom and experiences from previous incarnations. Those energetic frequencies and karmic blueprints are with us from the moment of birth.
My earliest memories date back to infancy – of seeing the house we lived in when I was a baby, of how my mother cared for me, of observing our street when I was taken for walks in the stroller. I could feel across human emotions, time, and history in a way that was overwhelming as a baby, but as an adult, I can understand in hindsight. I am grateful to my mother for observing that I had a deeper way of seeing the world and that she would need to parent me in a specific way.
My mother initiated my spiritual journey when I was three years old, with a beautiful blend of teachings for body, soul, and mind. She was already the heart! I would sit at her feet for hours with books that she had curated for me on Hatha Raja Yoga, with diagrams of an Indian yogi in asanas (poses), Edgar Cayce’s Akashic Records on past, present, and future incarnations, and Numerology, a discipline grounded in science and mathematics. The intricate codes that underpin our universe break down into math and numerology.
Throughout my life and to this day, I continue to strengthen my spiritual practices and training. In my twenties, I embarked on my Reiki energy healing journey in the Usui lineage. I was initiated with Reiki energy attunements, and learned how to channel this divine, intelligent, unconditional love energy healing frequency. When people are trained and attuned to Reiki, they bring through and channel from higher sources to the earthly realms. This was proven on me during a neuroscience experiment recording my brainwaves, but that’s another story!
Reiki has many levels of frequencies and practice. I have strengthened my capabilities and practices over the decades, eventually becoming a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui, Tibetan and Pleiadian Reiki lineages. As humanity and earth continue to evolve, our access to more Lightworker resources does, too. I am channeling new energy healing frequencies with a dear Lightworker friend, Jason William McDonald, starting with Pleiadian Reiki, and with many more divine, cosmic healing frequencies to come!
Could you elaborate on how you integrate your various abilities? You mentioned being a Reiki Master Teacher, Akashic Records Teacher, and Meditation Teacher, and Psychic. When someone seeks help from you, how do you blend your practices to offer a distinctive approach to each client?
Thank You, that’s an excellent question. From my perspective, and often speaking in a broader sense as many of us as Lightworkers are connected across realms and worlds, I engage in communication and dialogue with people’s Higher Souls, Guides, Ancestors, and Saints who work with them. In many spiritual practices, including Hinduism, the concept of God and Guru is frequently invoked. These benevolent beings are helping us in every moment of our lives.
While I am in constant communication with these higher beings, both waking and sleeping, I focus on maintaining a clear channel of receiving information, perceiving, and interpreting it. During a session where I’m helping someone, all of this interaction occurs simultaneously. The dialogue and information exchange with their Higher Souls, like in your case, Katarina, with your Higher Soul, is ongoing. This extends energetically to encompass the state of your body and your auric field — an overarching description of the energetic field emanating from you and around you.
Together, these insights provide details about an individual’s current state, the path they are on, the challenges or karma they might be facing, and potential directions for growth. It’s like receiving puzzle pieces that help form a complete picture. This holistic view allows me to offer guidance and support that is unique to each person’s spiritual and life journey.
Katarina, as you’re right here in front of me, you are a perfect example. As I tune in with you, I look at the evolution of your soul across lifetimes, and at where the being known as Katarina finds herself at this moment of her life, on this timeline. This includes understanding the karmic paths and potential timelines, as within each incarnation, a person has infinite possible timelines that they could manifest. How do you empower your clients to tap into their own spiritual potential and healing abilities?
Absolutely! Let’s look at the merge of Science and Spirituality and explore the theory of the Holographic Universe, which is quantum physics. Michael Talbot wrote an excellent book on it, which is a distillation of work by Physicists David Bohm and Karl Pribham, among others.
The Holographic Universe is a physics theory that proposes our current perception of earth and reality is all a hologram — a light projection. This encompasses not only the material realm we sense with our bodies but extends to the intricate dance of light and energy. The movement of particles, the dance of atoms, and the intricacies of quantum physics all contribute to the hologram we are all experiencing, or perceive we are experiencing together.
This perspective offers a window into the occurrence of what humans often term as miracles. When we realize that our reality is a complex interplay of light and energy, suddenly the seemingly miraculous events become comprehensible. Our reality is akin to a cosmic movie, where shifts and transformations can occur instantly. Miraculous healings, life-changing moments — these quantum leaps are much more explainable within the framework that what we perceive as all of life is really a holographic projection.
From what I have encountered, people usually aren’t discussing where these light projections come from. In the interplay that I intuitively see, these projections are sent from all of our Higher Souls. So all of our Higher Souls are sending forth the light projections as we are all interacting together. Our Higher Souls are unique pieces of the grand tapestry of God consciousness, individualized yet intrinsically connected.
What makes humans extraordinary is our free will. With this gift, our Higher Souls choose to continually evolve, embarking on paths that resonate with our essence. This constant evolution and the orchestration of our choices — this is the canvas on which the beauty of life unfolds.
To illustrate within this interview, the Higher Souls of Katarina and Leah are sending these light projections into the current earthly hologram, creating our interaction at this very moment. This interaction serves as a reminder that individuals have the power to shape their destinies, irrespective of whether one fully grasps the quantum physics behind it. What truly matters is the belief in one’s control over their own path, well-being, and happiness.
The holographic universe theory illustrates that anyone can instantly change the trajectory of their lives. This hinges upon the intention of how one envisions their life’s holographic projection. It’s a conscious decision to choose your frequency – to opt for the resonance of joy, love, and divine universal love. Each person decides the frequency they wish to embody in every moment, regardless of past events, present circumstances, or future uncertainties.
In this very moment, every individual has the self power to choose their attitude, actions, and interactions with others. Choosing to radiate love, kindness, health, and happiness is a personal affirmation. One must believe in and embody these choices. Simultaneously, at a Higher Soul level, we all operate with a map of pre-arranged soul contracts forged perhaps eons ago. These soul contracts orchestrate our connections at specific junctures.
Consider the example of Katarina and Leah. Our interaction today is a result of a Higher Soul contract that was set into motion long before our conscious understanding in these incarnations. These agreements transcend the constraints of time, having been shaped countless years ago. In this intricate dance of existence, our paths converge in precise synchrony, aligning with the purpose that transcends immediate temporal boundaries.
What exact type of services do you offer?
The scope of my healing offerings includes a variety of modalities, with the most popular being Akashic Records Readings and Reiki energy healing. I channel over 20 distinct frequencies of Reiki. Collaborating with our Guides, I conscientiously channel Reiki’s unconditional love frequency — a divine, intelligent resonance emanating from realms beyond our terrestrial domain. This frequency is channeled to heal and comfort the human physical vessel, promoting restoration within the human body. The effects of a Reiki healing session endure for weeks, even months, as old frequencies, traumas, and Lightbody frequencies that you’ve outgrown are released. Through this infusion of divine love frequency, an individual is reborn as a rejuvenated light being, and ready, at their choosing, for further growth and advancement.
Akashic Records Readings are a specialized offering in the spiritual worlds. They involve delving into an individual’s Akashic Records, which contain an infinite abundance of information and Akashic healing energy. This interaction initiates a dialogue with our Guides, and upon opening the energetic portal, a profound stream of Akashic healing energy pours in and around the people receiving the readings and healings.
Interestingly, I’m feeling very warm from Akashic energy flow. There’s a ceremonial process I usually say for opening and closing the Akashic Records, but it’s worth noting that Guides can automatically open the Akashic field, as they’re operating from a higher plane than we are. I had a feeling in advance of our interview that they might gift us with this. It’s intertwined with the healing energy you might sense during our conversation – they’ve initiated the opening of the Akashic field.
After our call, I’ll conscientiously engage with them to run gratitude blessings, say the closing ceremony, and ensure proper closing of the Akashic Records. Our Guides spontaneously initiated this process as a gesture of gratitude for your presence and your role in this interview. How do you practice self-care and how do you maintain your own well-being?
It’s perfect that you brought this up, because the timing of this interview aligns beautifully with recent events in my spiritual journey. I’m an active member of Self Realization Fellowship (SRF), which was founded by Paramahansa Yogananda, who is oftentimes known for his masterpiece book, Autobiography of a Yogi. SRF hosts an annual Worldwide Convocation of members, devotees, and newcomers. I just concluded nine days of in-person events throughout the Los Angeles area where many of the Temples and Centers that Paramahansaji founded are located.
The Convocation itself spanned seven days, preceded by my participating in a day of volunteer service in preparation for the event, and followed by a beautiful transition day celebration. This immersive experience brought together thousands of yogis, Lightworkers, and spiritually minded individuals from around the globe. Throughout the Convocation, we delved deeply into meditation, practiced Pranayama and for some, Kriya Yoga, and savored nourishing vegetarian and vegan meals. Throughout the year, I go to Sunday Services and Meditations at the SRF Temple locations, and more often during the week when possible. I also run the replays of Meditations, Satsangas, and Kirtans at home to bring the energy through here, too. Engaging with like-hearted souls who share a common spiritual journey is profoundly uplifting. This is especially meaningful for many Lightworkers who might otherwise feel isolated or misunderstood. The sense of communion with kindred spirits is truly invigorating.
On a daily basis, even when there are not special events or Services happening, my own daily routine is spiritualized. My practices are woven throughout most aspects of my life, including Pranic and energy exercises, meditation, Pranayama, Kriya Yoga, chanting mantra, channeling Reiki, and Pranic Healing. I do mantra throughout the day and channel healing energy through myself, home, the trees who live around my home, to other people, and throughout the world. I have been vegetarian since 1993, with my diet mostly vegan. I also keep my dietary choices as frugivore as possible, which is many nuts and fruits, as they are offerings from nature where the trees give and there is no taking of life. It is the most karmically pure and compassionate.
With regard to maintaining well-being, Lightworkers do have to balance their own needs with what for many is the natural tendency to be givers, and oftentimes overgivers. We came into incarnation to help, but we cannot do so if we are not rejuvenated or we are overextended in any way.
One of the most important lessons on the Lightworker’s journey is the power of saying No. One can do so with kindness and consideration while still being firm in their resolve. Lightworkers must discern what aligns with their highest good and the highest good of all.
A valuable practice I follow is conducting what I call a “frequency check” for every decision and opportunity.
This involves seeking Guidance from my Higher Soul, Guides, and divine beings such as God and Guru. I inquire if a particular choice is in alignment with the greater good, whether I have the energy and capacity to fulfill the request, and if it contributes to the grand tapestry of love and vision that I hold for the world.
Some sample questions you can ask yourself include:
Is this resonating positively?
Is it conducive to my well-being?
Does it serve the other person’s / the other people’s well-being, as well?
Do I have the capacity to do this at this time?
Engaging in this introspective dialogue is essential. By declining opportunities or situations that don’t resonate positively for you in your life at this time, you create space for the healthier, more fulfilling experiences that truly align with your energy and life purpose. Recognizing when a situation warrants a No is a reflection of your wisdom and discernment.
Just as you intuitively sense when a Yes is in order, you also intuitively know when a situation calls for a No. This intuitive knowing is a guide to navigating life’s choices with authenticity and clarity.
The convergence of these experiences — daily spiritual habits and practices, dietary choices, discernment, and communion with other divinity-aligned people — creates a harmonious tapestry that shapes my journey as a Lightworker. These elements collectively contribute to the deepening of my connection with the Divine, guiding my purpose and intention as I navigate this transformative path.
