Can you share a specific case where integrating The Body Code into your practice had a profound impact on a client’s well-being, beyond what you were able to achieve with the Emotion Code alone?
To answer your question directly – the essence of the Body Code is restoration and gives broader access to imbalances via the subconscious.
The Emotion Code, Body Code, and newly introduced Belief Code are energy healing methods based on the fact that everything is energy, including our emotions, bodies, and beliefs! The Emotion Code can be used on its own, since many issues, emotional or physical, are a result of trapped emotions. The Body Code encompasses the Emotion Code and much more, and the Belief Code works synergistically with the Body Code and Emotion Code, allowing practitioners to address faulty beliefs as well.
A specific example – I worked with a person who initially had trouble with plantar fasciitis and other foot pain; she thought from running. We started with Emotion Code and made wonderful progress, and, as we incorporated Body Code, additional imbalances were addressed for her and allowed healing beyond her initial quest for relief from only the foot pain. To the level of, in her case, we addressed stress, stomach issues and the like, and she was able to eat gluten again after 10 years of not being able to due to very uncomfortable reactions. Everyone’s experience is personal and for her – this was a big deal!
In transitioning to the Body Code, what challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them and so seamlessly integrate this approach into your practice?
So, I didn’t encounter challenges because it’s not like a transition to a complete new way of helping people process trauma, stress, limiting beliefs, stuckness, relationship challenges, physical issues, etc. Think of it as an expansion of what was already available. So, it’s not getting rid of Emotion Code or not addressing trapped emotions at all, but instead having a potent and broadened capacity. It could be like driving on a 2-lane highway that opens up to a 6 lane highway that has more options, but all getting to the same city or to a better state.
What type of services do you offer?
I offer Emotion/Body/Belief Code sessions to help people meet their goals, overcome trauma and/or address issues being faced. I am a fully certified practitioner in Emotion Code, Body Code and … recently became the first group to be certified in Belief Code. I work with each client where they are coming from and sometimes have additional & relevant info they might find helpful, sometimes I do card drawings, etc.
You mentioned pulling a card from one of your decks to guide your decision about exploring The Body Code. Could you elaborate on the message or insight that the card provided and how it influenced your decision-making process?
Of course! It was during the covid-times and I was working with more and more people with Emotion Code. More people were coming to me through referrals as well. I had known the Body Code certification process was available, but I hadn’t “taken the time” to fully consider adding that to my practice. At the time, I had launched my first book, (I am actually writing another), and was doing editing projects, etc.
But I kept coming back to the honest joy of working with people and seeing, feeling and knowing their trauma and issues were leaving the planet for good -and – I thought, “this is what I want to be doing!” So I looked into The Body Code certification, knew it would take about 120 hours and was weighing it all out. With mediation, prayer and counsel – I also drew a card from my Wild Offerings deck, by Tosha Silver. I believe when you are seeking, you receive — especially if you truly allow yourself to be open to the possibilities. Well, that card as seen on my website said it all for me and in that special moment my heart, soul and mind knew it. (check here to see the card: https://www.ecodewithlynn.com/meet-lynn.html)
As someone who initially questioned if the Body Code was for me, what specific changes have you observed in your clients and practices that reassure you of the benefits and alignment with your goals?
To be clear, I only questioned whether I had the bandwidth to commit to the process and time required of being certified. When I arrived at my own clarity that this is where I belong and this is exactly how I want to serve, there was no question about the process. Similarly, in October 2023, Discover Healing and Dr. Bradly Nelson, creator of the Emotion Code and Body Code, announced the first cohort availability to be certified in the Belief Code, the next level of subconscious healing. It was open to the first 75 people from around the world – and I was there!
So that has been incorporated into my practice with clients. How? I always follow the energy of where their subconscious leads us to for the most effective and impactful process and where to start based on their intention for the session.
My goals are always aligned with the results and effectiveness of my clients’ experience in meeting their goals and addressing their intentions.
What advice would you give to practitioners who are considering incorporating the Body Code into their existing practices?
Absolutely go for it! I’ve had clients say “I’ve worked with a therapist for 2 years and didn’t get as far as I did in only 2 sessions with you!” Not to say talk therapy doesn’t have a place, it sure does, but incorporating the Body Code would magnify lasting results quite quickly. It is a fabulous, simple and effective modality of energy healing that, as a practitioner, is also highly satisfying seeing clients immediately feel lighter with tangible resolution. I would be happy to discuss it with anyone who was seriously considering it!
