Your work blends creativity, curiosity, and imagination across various forms—from drawing and design to movement and melody. Can you share a moment when all these elements aligned unexpectedly in your creative process?
I think some of the biggest breakthroughs I’ve had around creativity, curiosity, and imagination have come over the past year through working with other people and facilitating workshops on collage and other creative practices inspired by connecting with plants and mushrooms.
Offering these spaces to others made me realize how many subtle nudges we receive from our own inner guidance through creation — whether it’s drawing, writing, or collage. The more I witnessed this happening for others in these workshops, the more I understood its power. For example, in collage, people often create something very quickly and then share their reflections afterward. There’s something about that process — the connection with others, the storytelling, and the sharing — that opens the door to realizations, healing, and guidance.
I’ve also let this understanding flow back into my own creative practices. Giving myself time for collage or writing has become a way to receive the messages that matter most to me in the moment — and also a way to share those insights with others.
You describe quantum healing journeys as a turning point in reconnecting with the soul. What was one of the most surprising realizations or shifts you experienced through that process?
Experiencing quantum healing took some of the pressure off being human. Realizing that I’d lived other lives and had so many experiences I can draw on — the skills and lessons I’ve already been through — gave me a sense of empowerment.
Quantum healing also helped me see that I can connect to my soul and higher guidance, and even to higher-dimensional beings who are there to help. It’s an empowering feeling that brings a greater sense of support and shows there is a system for connecting with guidance and receiving information and help along our path.
What type of services do you offer?
I offer one-on-one quantum healing sessions in a three- to five-hour format. During these sessions, I guide you into a deep meditation to help you connect with your soul and move through different experiences. These may include parallel, future, or past lives, as well as memories or lifetimes on other planets or as other beings.
The second part of the session focuses on connecting with your higher self to receive answers directly from your own soul. This is possible because you are in a deeply relaxed state, allowing your usual thinking mind to rest. It’s an empowering experience that helps you realize you are much closer to accessing those answers than you may think.
In addition to private sessions, I also offer events and gatherings where people can connect with different plants and mushrooms through guided meditation.
Berlin has been your home for nearly a decade. What about the city’s energy or community continues to inspire your path and practice?
Berlin has actually been my home for 11 years now—I really need to update that! The city’s energy and community continue to inspire my path and practice. My relationship with Berlin has been up and down. Sometimes I’ve loved it and thought it was the best place ever, while at other times it has felt heavy and dark.
Part of that comes from the long, dim winters with so few hours of light. But it’s also the weight of history here—the layers of experience that seem caked on top of one another. For a sensitive soul, that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
And yet, Berlin is a beautiful container, offering a clear and powerful mirror. There’s so much freedom here to be who you want to be, to experiment, to explore different worlds and communities. The city provides an incredibly broad range of experiences, and even if you don’t realize it at the time, it can feel like an energetic boot camp—a place that challenges and shapes you.
It’s inspiring in so many ways. In Berlin, you really can find what you’re looking for—you just have to know what that is.
In what ways do you weave rituals or conscious practices into your daily life to keep yourself grounded and open to creative flow?
My conscious practices and rituals include taking long walks regularly and cooking. Cooking, for me, is a meditative time—an opportunity to slow down, play with different ingredients, test recipes, and bring my body into a more present and grounded state.
I also spend time meditating and checking in with my guides, often in shorter, more frequent moments throughout the day.
Other ways I ground myself and stay balanced include bouldering, which helps connect the mind and body in a playful way, and practicing yin yoga, which supports my nervous system in relaxing.
