Could you share a bit about your journey to becoming a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapist, particularly your experiences with Dolores Cannon and how they shaped your approach to this practice?
I had a severe illness that almost ended my life so it opened me up to a new path of spiritual journey. It was a miracle that I was able to self-heal through a self-past-life regression hypnosis that I happened to stumble upon during an advanced Vipassana meditation. I also got to learn how to make a connection with the Higher Self during this practice. When I came across Dolores Cannon’s work I knew in my heart and soul that I can do this and I must. I wanted to help people to learn how to self-heal the way I did. It felt so natural for me right from the beginning. I can relate to her teaching very well because of the experiences of my endeavors. My approach to her work is so simple in the way she demonstrates high integrity and always has the client’s best interests in mind. Never judge anyone! All things are possible.
What sets Quantum Healing Hypnosis apart from other forms of hypnotherapy or past life regression?
The QHHT method has a unique blend of hypnosis regression that helps people experience what the Higher Self planned for them to have for self-healing and receive Divine guidance. The practitioner helps the people make the connection with the collective consciousness within the self. I also received training to become a certified conventional past-life regressionist and I was wondering what to do with the information brought forth under hypnosis. The QHHT method provided me with the last piece of the puzzle. I learned through the discovery of the training that the Higher Self is the most important part of the practice.

I offer Quantum Healing Hypnosis and Soul Coaching sessions to help people find their true authentic selves.
How do you integrate elements of soul coaching and spiritual teaching into your sessions?
I have a gift of clairaudience. I hear Divine frequency. I download it and translate the information into words. I serve as a conduit to bring guidance and to help people see things from the perception of light.
How do you facilitate the connection with a client’s Higher Self during hypnosis?
The preparation starts during the interview/pre-hypnosis. The talk may take a few hours to help us build rapport and establish trust so they will allow themselves to be in the flow with the session. I follow Dolores Cannon’s teaching and guidelines to help facilitate the connection during hypnosis. Sometimes we may need to bring out some tricks in the bag that we learned from her, to help someone who perhaps resists. All is well!
What techniques or approaches do you find most effective in helping clients access their divine authentic selves?
To learn to love themselves! To claim the Divine essence of love they came into the world with! To own and embody the energy of the Divine self!
As an author, how do you incorporate your knowledge and experiences with Quantum Healing Hypnosis into your written work?
My book was requested, engaged, and guided by the Higher Power. I listened, allowed, and followed my heart with the knowledge and experiences that QHHT led me to share. It was to my surprise how well-orchestrated everything was when I trusted the universe.
