Can you share a pivotal moment in your own journey of self-love and spiritual development that inspired you to become a Spiritual Mentor (Manifestation Coach)?
I have gone through a long and difficult journey of spiritual growth in my life. There was a time when I didn’t believe in my spiritual side and continuously ignored my intuition, my psychic experiences, until one day, when I was 25, my grandfather’s spirit visited me 2000km away from where he was passing away. It was a life changing experience, also because I had a premonition about it. This event opened my channels to a lot of spiritual knowledge being “downloaded” into my mind spontaneously. Things just started rolling from there and I became working as a Spiritual mentor after about 3 years of experience and study, which is, honestly, a life-long thing.
In Esoteria Healing, the focus is on knowledge, self-love, and spiritual gift development. How do these elements intertwine and contribute to creating a path to a more fulfilling life?
Knowledge is power: Without knowledge we don’t feel confident enough to take risks or follow our intuition. In fact, many times people don’t know what their intuition even is. Self-knowledge and universal knowledge expands our minds, allows us to dream bigger, and then be able to follow them.
Self-love: I say that if you don’t love yourself, then how can you expect anyone else to love you? or the universe to give you good things and experiences? So the first step here is to develop this self-love. Much of it comes from gaining self-knowledge. For some people it can come easily but for others, because of their past traumas, it can be a very difficult and long journey. However, it is all about retraining your mind and body and it is worth it as we feel a big shift when we move into a self-loving space and begin taking actions from there.
Spiritual gift development: I teach this because everyone has wonderful spiritual gifts! All of us are psychic and can use these amazing abilities to help us follow our life purpose and lead a fulfilled life. Exploring and experiencing these gifts also helps people develop self-love as they see that they always have inherent qualities that they can use at any time and don’t need outside validation. It is a wonderful experience to be able to tap into these gifts and learn that we are enough as we are.
What type of services do you offer?
I offer Mentorship for people who want to become a Spiritual coach/teacher/healer themselves. I teach Reiki healing up to the Master level. I also offer sessions in Reiki healing, Past life regression therapy, Psychic energy reading, and Human Design. I conduct workshops on Manifestation well. All of my services are available offline and online.
As a Spiritual Mentor (Manifestation Coach), how do you guide individuals in uncovering and embracing their unique spiritual gifts, and what role do these gifts play in leading a fulfilling life (manifestation process)?
In my one-on-one 6 months mentorship, I begin with clearing out the noise by guiding them to be present in their body with meditation and grounding, helping them shed any limiting mindsets or misaligned choices, improving their vocabulary to positive one, starting a new “Me” journal where they write everything they discover about themselves, and creating a list of self-care practices that they can choose from every day.
Then we tap into their energetic blueprint by studying their Human Design, how their intuition works, and what the themes of their life are. We get clear on what they really want to pursue in life and how to get in alignment in all areas of their life. We also might go into their past lives to clear out any energy that is not serving them anymore.
After we build this foundation, we move on to learning various self-healing techniques relevant to them. They might want to become a Reiki practitioner and I offer attunements(teaching) if they do.
Then we begin exploring what psychic abilities they are naturally good at and which ones they can develop. I help them “meet” their spirit guides/team with guided meditation. In further sessions in this module, I show them how they can read energies and interpret the data they receive from their psychic senses. Thus, we form a guidance system for them.
I then give them the manifestation techniques that are relevant to them.
Finally, if they want to become a teacher, I share how they can be a responsible teacher and guide, how to place boundaries to protect themselves and their clients, business education, contracts, marketing, laws, Spiritual hygiene as a teacher, etc.
Esoteria Healing encompasses various aspects of spirituality. How do you tailor your coaching approach to meet the unique needs and belief systems of each individual client?
Before beginning with any session, I have a discussion with my clients about what their initial goal is for getting this particular service. If the goals are aligned to what the service provides, we proceed. Otherwise, I suggest an alternative service.
I do the same with my 6 months mentorship. I look at what their main problem areas are to make sure that we address those problems during our time together.
As a Spiritual Mentor (Manifestation Coach), you likely encounter a diverse range of spiritual practices. How do you navigate and integrate these varied approaches to cater to the individual preferences and backgrounds of your clients?
Different modalities work for different things. Sometimes, we need to explore a little. As an example, if someone is going through a health issue, we may be able to heal it with Reiki healing but going for a past life regression session and exploring their subconscious mind on this issue may provide more impactful and quicker healing because we were able to go to the root cause and resolve it. This is just an example as it can be the other way around sometimes.
I have seen that most people already know what is going to help them and come to me to ask for a particular service. If they don’t know, I guide them based on their end goal.
