Can you share some details about your professional beginnings and how you discovered your gifts?
Discovering my gift was the easy part. I always knew I had it. Learning how to use it, on the other hand, took more time. For years I chose to only use it around my circle. However, in life, things happen. When I was challenged with not being able to do the physical work I had always done because of an injury, I knew I still had something in me. In my heart, I believe that there was definitely a greater power that “pushed” me into facing my fears and trusting my gut.
Can you walk me through one of your sessions?
I love to work off of a “blank slate”! If a person sits across from me I will always say “Just let me know if you connect with the messages” I will connect with their loved ones that have crossed over. From that point on any and all messages or questions will be answered by their loved ones.
You also organize events, such as psychic fairs. What can people expect from those?
I myself do not organize psychic fairs yet. I joined one about a year and a half ago. I love the energy of psychic fairs. It’s fast-paced, it allows me to meet a lot of new people and it brings me a lot of emotions! I personally organize “Reading of a Room”, which is a setting in which we gather 20 or more people in a room and I would go through and deliver messages to them. Love it!
How do you measure success and can you share some success stories?
When someone reaches out to me after a session and says “Hey Sue, I can’t thank you enough, since we met I feel so much better”, that is success in my eyes. It wouldn’t feel right to share my clients’ own personal stories, but I will share one that I hold close to my heart. I had a very good friend whose mother had passed. She had never talked about any details of her mother. In a way she was holding anger about it. However, one day we were hanging out and her mother came to me, so I gave her all sorts of messages from her, including correcting some of the details of her mother’s passing. She has since verified those details and now knows the truth. I feel ok giving you this story because it has been 12 years now and that “friend” is now my wife.
What is your favorite part about your profession?
My favorite part is watching people heal and knowing I somehow had a small part in that.
I there anything else that you’d like to add?
This is not what I would’ve picked as my profession, so I believe it picked me. I will continue to serve spirit and trust my intuition for as long as I have a breath left in me. Thank you for letting me be a part of this interview. Sending lots of peace, love, and light.
