Can you explain your process for connecting with spirits or receiving psychic insights?
I close my eyes, take in a deep breath and telepathically ask my guides for best answers and/or information that my client needs and will help them on their journey. If their guidance is too general, I ask for specific details that my client would either recognize or resonate with. Being clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient, the answers flow usually as a feeling or a thought or sometimes a vision. I tell my clients “it’s like watching a movie in my head”.
What methods do you use to ensure ethical and respectful communication with spirits during your sessions?
Every reading starts with an opening prayer asking my guides and/or loved ones for protection during the duration. I have, on occasion, felt a negative presence trying to sneak into a session. I immediately surround myself with white light protection and mentally “send” the unwanted entity away and tell it to not return.
What type of services do you offer?
I am a Psychic Medium. Psychic – i.e. provide messages from Spirit about current situations and/or the future. Many times I have also tapped into past lives and helped clients link situations from other lifetimes to help them understand what’s happening currently. Being a Medium, I am able to speak with loved ones who have passed over and bring forth messages for the client.
Can you discuss any instances where your psychic insights led to unexpected or significant outcomes for your clients?
Numerous occasions for my clients, but the most significant for me was personally. Years ago, while on a ship at sea, I saw a Psychic Mermaid – she sprouted off the top of the water like a rocket and danced, swaying to and fro until she vanished. Seemed like 10 minutes at the time, but I’m sure it was merely seconds. From that moment on I wanted to find a piece of folk art for my home to represent this uncanny experience. Two years later I found her – a large piece of folk art at an antique auction. She had washed up on the shore of Maine back in the early 1900’s – someone had cleaned out their camp and she ended up at the auction house. I mentally told Spirit she had to come home with me – she was mine! As luck would have, Spirit must have agreed as no one bid against me. I brought her home and as I stood with her (4’ wide and 5’ tall) I hugged her and cried. The energy around her was unfathomable yet euphoric. I heard audibly “her name is Amelia” and it was in one of those old fashioned eerie ghostly voices one would hear in an old movie. What shook me most, is that I very rarely, hardly Ever hear audibly, my abilities are thoughts, clairsentient, so it really got my attention. A few hours later (after digesting this amazing encounter), I thought I should call my kids and check in. My daughter in law was 8 months pregnant with a girl and of course, they have been discussing names. I talked with her and asked if they had come up with anything new? She said “Funny you should ask, we just thought about the name Amelia”. I nearly fainted. I took a deep breath, and said “I have to tell you something”. How do you protect your own energy and well-being when engaging with the spirit world during readings?
I call in my Spirit guides and ask for white light and protection while connecting with Spirit to ensure everything is of the highest and best good for all involved. Other times I envision myself in protective white light, then imagine a large umbrella coming down around me, my home, my surroundings, wherever I am to create the protective bubble.
Can you provide insights into how your psychic abilities have evolved or developed over the course of your career as a medium?
I hate to use the old cliche “Practice makes Perfect”; but it does. My connection with Spirit has always been organic; however, I’ve taken a class or two on other methodologies, i.e. different ways to connect with Spirit: channeling, remote viewing, etc. I consider these “tools” in my toolbox because I never know how Spirit is going to come through. They’re usually clairsentient, but I also like to keep other avenues of communication open to them.
