Tracey, your journey from elementary education to holistic healing is quite profound. How did your experiences as a teacher influence your approach to practices like astrology and Reiki?

As a teacher, I’ve always found it essential to hold space for all types of learners and to intuitively sense and respond to the diverse energies that each individual brings. While my early experience was with children, I was also regularly engaging with parents, colleagues, and fellow educators—each requiring a different kind of attentiveness and support. Over time, I realized that my greatest strength, my “superpower,” is my ability to be fully present for others—to genuinely say, “I’m in your corner. I see what you’re striving for, and I’m here to support you.”
This gift of holding space without judgment, of understanding people through the lens of their unique backgrounds, families, and life experiences, continues to shape everything I do. While I may no longer be teaching in a traditional classroom, the teacher in me is still very much alive. Whether I’m practicing or teaching astrology, offering Reiki, or simply listening deeply, I’m still guiding, still educating—just in a different form. At my core, I am, and have always been, a teacher at heart.

You’ve trained under Dr. Brian Weiss for Past Life Regression Therapy. Can you share how this training has shaped your sessions and the transformations you’ve witnessed in clients?

Dr. Brian Weiss is incredibly well known in the field of past life regression. Before he even entered this area of work, he was a psychotherapist, which really grounds his method in a deep understanding of the human psyche. His techniques resonate with me because they’re not just effective—they’re compassionate. They emphasize the importance of holding space for people, recognizing that we’re all navigating our own karmic wounds and personal healing journeys.
I follow his method quite closely, but over the years, I’ve adapted it in subtle ways to suit my own intuitive approach. It’s evolved into something that feels very authentic to me—and, importantly, it works. In all the years I’ve been guiding people through this process, I’ve never had a session that didn’t work. Of course, clients often come in with concerns: “What if I can’t be hypnotized?” or “What if I don’t remember anything?” These are valid fears. But I always explain the process gently and remind them: if they’re here, seeking this experience, then something within them is ready. That willingness is key—and it’s why it always works.
I truly believe that people find me when they’re ready for this kind of healing. They’re not coming to test or disprove the process—they’re coming because they feel a pull toward it. Dr. Weiss’s method is so powerful because it’s rooted in genuine care, psychological insight, and a deep belief in the wisdom we each hold inside. My role is simply to help people access that inner knowing.

Your ‘Astrology & Sound Healing’ workshop combines planetary frequencies with individual birth charts. How do you tailor sound healing techniques to align with a person’s astrological profile?

I was truly captivated when I first began to study astrology—especially when I started to see its beautiful connections with sound therapy. Each of the twelve zodiac signs corresponds not only to an element—fire, earth, air, or water—but also to a specific musical note. The planets, too, each carry their own frequencies. Even the Earth itself resonates at a natural frequency. So, when you look at someone’s birth chart—even focusing just on the Sun, Moon, or Rising sign, or the planetary placements—you can begin to tailor sound healing sessions based on those energetic signatures.
Because we are all made of frequency, we each function like our own musical instrument. In that sense, our natal chart becomes a kind of “songprint”—a vibrational fingerprint that is uniquely ours. And just like a song evolves or a melody shifts, our energetic needs change too. The planets are never static; they are always in motion, and we are meant to move and evolve with them. So, the tones and frequencies that support us now might not be the same ones we needed five years ago—or even yesterday.
Our voices also carry healing potential. Whether you can carry a tune or not, your voice holds the perfect frequency for your own healing. That’s why practices like humming or toning can be so restorative. It’s about resonance—matching the vibration of who you truly are at this moment. When we use astrology and sound together, we’re essentially aligning ourselves with our own cosmic rhythm. It’s powerful, deeply personal, and profoundly transformative.

How do you see the integration of Evolutionary Astrology and past life regression enhancing a client’s understanding of karmic patterns, and in what ways do you ensure that the insights gained empower rather than limit their present-day choices?

Every natal chart holds within it what I like to call a “chart behind the chart.” It contains subtle indicators of past life karma—imprints that have ripened in this lifetime for healing. When I facilitate past life regression, it offers individuals the chance to revisit and re-examine those previous incarnations, uncovering insights that are often deeply relevant to their current life. What’s truly remarkable is that, without fail, these experiences align with the themes embedded in their astrological chart.
I’m currently conducting an informal study where I ask my past life regression clients—if they’re open to it—to share their birth data. I don’t look at the chart before the regression session because I want the process to remain purely intuitive and unbiased. But afterward, when I do compare the regression insights with their chart, it’s uncanny how closely the two align. The emotional narratives, the soul wounds, the karmic echoes—they’re all there, mirrored in the stars.
In my experience, we incarnate with these karmic imprints for a reason. It’s not necessarily that we’re meant to relive the exact same stories, but we often find ourselves repeating emotional themes or traumas so that we have the opportunity to make different choices, to grow, and ultimately—to heal.
Evolutionary astrology offers us a blueprint. It doesn’t predict events in the traditional sense. Rather, it illuminates the life lessons, soul themes, and gifts we carry, as well as the areas we’re here to strengthen. The chart points to key opportunities for healing and growth, but what we do with those opportunities is up to us. Free will is always at play.
The way I see it, we’re all here to evolve—not just individually, but collectively. Each soul is on its own journey of healing, striving to become more compassionate, more connected, more whole. When someone experiences both a past life regression and an astrology reading, it’s like receiving a 360-degree mirror: the ability to reflect on past emotional imprints through the wisdom and perspective of who they are today.
You know the phrase, “If I knew then what I know now”? That’s exactly what this work allows—a chance to go back, remember, and reframe those experiences from a wiser, more empowered state of being. And from there, astrology provides practical and soul-aligned tools to move forward.
I always tell people: I’m not here to heal you in one session. Healing is a journey. What I am here to do is facilitate a process—one that helps you access what you already know at a deeper level. Most of us just need the space to remember who we are and why we’re here. We all long to be seen, to be validated. And that validation, when it comes from a place of inner truth and cosmic resonance, is incredibly empowering.
Ultimately, knowledge is power—not in a limiting sense, but in a liberating one. The more we understand about our purpose and our karmic story, the more tools we have to live with intention, compassion, and alignment.

With the growing popularity of holistic wellness, how do you see the role of certified spiritual practitioners evolving within the broader health and wellness industry, and what standards do you believe are essential to maintain credibility and integrity in the field?

Credibility and integrity are deeply important to me. I believe people are truly seeking connection—not as a trend or something new, but as a fundamental aspect of human nature. This isn’t about rediscovering a lost practice; it’s about returning to something we’ve always needed. As human beings, we long to connect, to love and be loved, to feel validated, heard, seen, and authentic. We want to know that we matter, that we have purpose—even in our own small corner of the world.
Because of this, I believe it’s essential that we stop viewing the human body as merely a physical vessel or a machine to be “fixed.” Healing is not just mechanical; it must encompass the full spectrum of our being—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and even karmic. Ignoring any of these aspects may yield temporary results, but true and lasting healing requires wholeness.
Thankfully, I believe we’re beginning to recognize this more collectively. More people are seeking a deeper connection with themselves and with others. That’s why I envision a future where spiritual practitioners are considered a regular and respected part of one’s overall care team—just like visiting a medical doctor or a therapist. Imagine a scenario where a physician says, “You might benefit from a Reiki session,” or a mental health professional recommends exploring guidance from a spiritual coach. Each professional has their own area of expertise, just like in conventional medicine where no single doctor covers everything—some specialize in feet, others in digestion, and so on. Ideally, we would all work in collaboration.
I remember when chiropractic care was fringe and rarely covered by insurance. It took time, but now it’s far more accepted and accessible. I hope spiritual care follows a similar path. However, I also recognize that this field currently lacks regulation, and that can be concerning. In every industry, unfortunately, there are individuals who do not act with integrity. That’s why I believe that to maintain credibility as spiritual practitioners, we must commit to ongoing education—just as doctors, therapists, and teachers are required to do.
Continuing education isn’t just about keeping up with trends. It’s about expanding our consciousness, evolving with the times, and deepening our understanding—both for ourselves and those we serve. We can’t support our clients in their growth if we ourselves are stagnant. The work we recommend to others should be work we also do within ourselves. We’re not gurus—we’re human. And part of maintaining integrity means honoring our own boundaries, acknowledging our own healing needs, and practicing what we preach.
