In short, how might you describe what you do to someone who is not familiar with your work?

I clear the path and guide you to expand and let go of energetic density by clearing and balancing the mind, body, and soul. I am honored to serve by helping to restore the love, consciousness, and freedom to this planet and its people.

Can you share your journey of how you became a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Certified Body Code Practitioner, and Integrated Quantum Therapy Practitioner? What inspired you to pursue these modalities?

Absolutely! I had many pets growing up; I enjoyed taking care of, and spending time with animals. If someone wasn’t feeling well, I was eager to help them feel better in any way that I could.
I really began exploring these callings more after my son began having health issues at a young age. There were many factors involved, but what seemed to really send both his and my health into an intense decline, was living in a home with extreme mold issues and dark energy. We had no idea that this was an issue at the time and searched far and wide for answers, without much luck.
After having my daughter, I became bedridden with so many symptoms, and had to have help to care for our children while my husband worked. It broke my momma heart not to be able to care for them like I wanted to, so I began researching on my own, determined to find an answer. I started learning more about functional medicine, and explored it for quite some time, but still felt that I was missing a deeper aspect. I am so grateful for all that I learned in this area, as I learned about mold and the cascade of health effects that it can cause, among many other physical processes and treatments. As we began implementing many functional, naturopathic, and holistic solutions/remedies- we were certainly improving- yet I still felt that there was a deeper layer that I needed to explore.
I continued my search, and I came across the idea of “energy healing”, as a whole. The Emotion Code was a stepping stone for me, as it was advertised as a simple energy healing method that anyone could learn. Once I began working energetically and emotionally, things began shifting significantly for my son and myself. The leaps and bounds we began making gave me so much hope, and I wanted to learn all that I could.
I completed both The Emotion Code and Body Code Certifications, and began the process of becoming a Certified Intuitive Rebirth Practitioner, a Certified Belief Code Practitioner, and a Certified Trauma Informed Care Practitioner. I found Scott Logan (the founder of Integrated Quantum Therapy) through my search for energy healers, and started out as a client of his. He always encouraged me to reach out with any questions, and would add IQT tips in his reports for me, as he could sense my gifts and strong intuition. Eventually, I reached out, and we became good friends. He taught me the Integrated Quantum Therapy Method, another beautiful tool for me to utilize! Scott is planning to create a certification course for IQT, and once he has completed the certificate, I will be a Certified Integrated Quantum Therapy Practitioner!
I have many things in the works, and continue to learn new methods and modalities. I love learning, growing, and expanding- especially in ways that I can use to help and support others.

Your personal experience with chronic health issues played a significant role in your path to becoming a practitioner. How did you transition from being bed-ridden to feeling better than ever? Could you provide some insights into the methods or practices that contributed to this transformation?

My advice to anyone who is looking to improve their health and life overall, is to begin with foundational work. Physically, this can look like taking a deep dive into all that you are consuming. Some examples could include:
•Learning about the air quality in your home
•Learning about clean, living water to hydrate your body
•Ensuring that your diet is made up of clean and whole foods from the Earth and/or from animals, depending on your preferences, and possibly filling any gaps with high quality supplements
•Implementing as much sunlight, nature, and grounding as possible
•Moving your body, as we are energetic beings, and energy needs movement- it is not meant to be stagnant
•Taking a closer look at other areas of consumption- including what you are watching, listening to, the people that you are spending time with, etc.
Energetically, this foundational work can look like checking for anything blocking you from-or hindering- your healing, or keeping you from moving forward, etc. This could be anything from entities, to karmas and traumas, to subconscious beliefs, and everything in between!
It can be hard to let go of habits and patterns, and to begin new ones, so I would like to note that this should not all be done at once. Take your time, slowly remove and/or implement things at a pace that feels good to you, and safe in your nervous system. It is best to strive for progress, not perfection, and each step in the right direction is progress!

Your approach emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and healing. Could you elaborate on how you stay committed to your own well-being while helping others? How do you integrate preventative measures into your practice?

Yes, I think it is important to realize that no one is “healed”. It is not a destination, but a constant journey. We learn, grow, and expand as part of our time here; life is constantly evolving, as are we.
Personally, I am constantly learning and implementing new practices, and have taken many courses aside from the few listed on my website. I have found that variety is a beautiful thing- whether that pertains to food, supplements, energy healing, experiences, etc. Exposing ourselves to new things can bring so much growth and expansion into our lives. To support my own well-being, I implement each of the foundational steps mentioned above, I complete sessions on myself regularly, I implement energetic and physical boundaries and hygiene, I pay close attention to when my body and nervous system are asking for rest, and am always looking for more ways to support my well-being. This is a priority for me, because if I am not feeling well, I cannot offer my best work. I love to help others, and in order to do that, I must take care of myself too.
Integrating and suggesting preventative measures for my clients is very important to me, as serving and helping them is my mission. The ways that I integrate preventive measures into my practice is unique to the client and the session. Examples could include: Their body and/or subconscious may let me know that a contributing factor to their issue is a lack of Vitamin C, and that their body would benefit from eating a certain food that contains this nutrient. I would communicate with the body to find which food they personally would benefit from the most, and include this information in the session report. Another example could be recommending a certain type of crystal or stone in order to continuously clear an energy from them that has been contributing to their concern.

I would also like to note that I am currently working toward providing meditations and courses, I am co-founding a “one-stop-shop” collective called Continue Collective, and I am compiling preventative information on to my website (including how to process emotions, how to calm the nervous system, how to cleanse the aura, among others) as a resource for anyone who is looking for further support.

Your background includes training in Applied Kinesiology, Intuitive Rebirth, Western Astrology, Trauma Informed Care, and Neurofeedback. How do you integrate these diverse modalities into your practice, and how do they contribute to the holistic restoration of balance in the mind, body, and spirit?

I use Applied Kinesiology alongside my intuition to provide many of my services! Intuitive Rebirth, Trauma Informed Care, and Neurofeedback have brought more knowledge and diverse perspectives to my work; bringing more depth, uniqueness, and tools that I can use to further help and support my clients. Western Astrology brings so much insight into our individual gifts, patterns, and behaviors. It can help us to learn where we can create more flow versus what we are moving toward. I will be offering astrology readings very soon! I am looking forward to the ways in which this will bring insight to my clients, in their own lives, but also the insight it can provide when I am working with them outside of the astrology readings.
You can learn more about my work on the “About” page of my website (www.dawninghope.net). Learning more about each modality can help you to understand the various ways in which they come together to create a comprehensive approach that brings balance, support, restoration, and well-being.

As the founder of Dawning Hope, can you share your vision for the impact you hope to make in the lives of your clients? How does the concept of “the sun always rises, and the dawn brings new hope” shape your approach to healing?

This comes back to knowing how hard life can feel at times. We all have times when it can feel hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, when it can feel like the storm will not pass, or the night will not end. My vision is to give others hope, especially in those times. To help them see the light at the end of the tunnel, to show them that every storm runs out of rain, and that the sun always rises. Also, that after the darkest night, the dawn is even more breathtaking.
Even beyond that, my mission is to help and support others at any point in their journey- whether they feel like they have hit rock bottom, or if they would just like some extra support. I am so grateful to serve in this beautiful way, no matter where someone may be on their journey.
