Anamarta is a dedicated teacher of Taoist Alchemy Secrets and the founder of the Jade Priestess Lineage. Her journey began with personal healing, leading to a deep commitment to ancient wisdom, self-empowerment, and the restoration of feminine balance. Through practices like the Jade Egg Holistic Practice and Kuan Yin Qigong, she has helped countless women reconnect with their inner strength, hormonal harmony, and spiritual well-being. In this interview, Anamarta shares her experiences with shamanic traditions, the role of Taoist balance in women’s health, and the growing impact of the Jade Circle® community in shaping the future of feminine empowerment.
What inspired your dedication to Taoist Alchemy Secrets and the revival of the Jade Priestess Lineage?
It was from healing a serious hormonal condition. With the Taoist Alchemy Secrets, I was able to heal severe PMS and unhealthy menstrual blood in a few months. I healed my hormonal balance in about a year. It brought me grounding and the resources to cultivate balance. Emotional balance, which supported the healing from trauma. And balance towards my actions, which could be very extreme, “with all or nothing.” Definitely to become not only healthier but a more aligned and better human being.
So everyone should have access to these secrets!
In my 12th year of teaching, the Jade Priestess Lineage became clear. With previous years of channelling through inner journeys, dreams and visions. A past life regression put the pieces together. Twelve years, it’s a significant cycle in Taoist astrology. Each animal of the zodiac just happens every twelve years (I started teaching in my animal year so it happened the revelation…). Here I understood this transcended me and was a life of service.
This also unravelled the mystic and heart aspect of the practices that I thought I was creating… But was remembering!… And the life mission of restoring balance on the planet with the rising of the feminine. This means the harmony of the feminine and masculine energies. The core of the Dragon mystic codes from this lineage.
I want to share this knowledge and these principles because they can improve lives. And also contribute to the harmonious world I’d like to see, with: peace, love, unity, and freedom.
How do the practices you’ve created, such as the Jade Egg Holistic Practice and Kuan Yin Qigong, empower women on their self-healing journeys?
By giving them precious skills for life. These skills are practical practices, I like to call ‘transformational tools’. Everyone has their Tao (Way), so flexibility is key to the practices. You can adjust them to any needs and access them at any time.
These practices, with almost two decades of refinement, support health, harmony and fulfilment.
From 15 minutes to 1 hour, whatever the time one has, they can heal the body, mind and spirit. Which is an ongoing journey.
I have seen countless women enhancing their lives. They did this by connecting with their body’s wisdom. By tapping into the unlimited resources and feminine sovereignty, these practices unlock. Many others healed themselves from various conditions. These were mostly reproductive issues, but also chronic ones and traumatic experiences.
In a nutshell, here is how, with the benefits of the practices:
- Increasing well-being & vitality,
- Grounding & being in your power,
- Hormonal balance & rejuvenation,
- Unconditional self-love & self-acceptance,
- Rewriting cellular memory and trauma healing,
- Restoration and rebalancing of the nervous system,
- Moon harmony – understanding your cycles throughout your womanhood,
- Inner strength & womb wisdom – awakening, developing and embodying,
- Empowerment in all levels of your being: from mental to emotional, spiritual to sexual.
The Jade Circle® (in person or online) is always full of sisterhood while we practise together. And this ‘sisterhood medicine’ also empowers women in their self-healing journeys.
Can you share how your travels and experiences with shamanic lodges, Mongolian shamans, and spiritual teachers have influenced your teachings?
They have been and continue to be my source of inspiration and a compass. I have deep gratitude for all.
In my travels, I always connect with locals, mostly women and their medicine, on all continents. Some exchanges always happen in learning and teaching wherever I go (without planning!). So I trust this Divine Guidance to always show me where and whom to be. These enriching life experiences shape my teachings.
The experience with Mongolian shamans and the land was life-changing. They brought me so much in my life’s most challenging time. While deepening and sharpening my Taoist Shamanic practices. Which are from pre-modern Taoism times and still practised in Mongolia.
Recently, while in Nepal with Himalayan shamaness, this experience rekindled.
Furthermore, my travels allow me to create and refine my practice. I love to immerse myself in nature. It is my greatest source of healing and ‘downloads’ (visions and insights). I have my inner retreats where I have my creative resets. I also love to dance, and feeding my soul brings a high frequency to my teachings. Dancing with the Gypsies (Kalbeliya tribe) in India, or with my wise Kumu Hula in Hawaii, fills me with joy. It fuels my creations.
My spiritual teachers are also role models and where I find the most support.
My grandmother initiated me into the family lineage of Medicine Woman (father’s side). And my great-grandmother (from my mother’s side). They were incredibly wise, gifted, and visionary women. Through my womb work, I unveiled their presence as they passed away a long time ago. But they are always with me when I teach. My teaching is most influenced by them and by Taoist Living Master Kris Deva North. With him, I had my traditional Taoist initiation. I learned the whole aspects of the Taoist practices I now share:
The Art of the Bedchamber, aka Healing Love (includes the jade egg); Meditation (includes the inner alchemy); Martial Arts (Qigong, Tai Chi, and self-defence); and Shamanic Healing.
What role does the Taoist concept of balance play in your approach to women’s health and empowerment?
A very important one for women and men alike. Balance the doing and rational, with the being and intuition. But, due to women’s cyclical nature, the Taoist concept of balance is fundamental: for women’s optimal health and feminine empowerment.
The Yin and Yang, light and dark, are the polarities which have to co-exist. We can’t have sun and daylight without the moon and night. The Taoist balance is also reflected in the seasons of the year. We can’t have Summer (the Yang peak of the year) without Winter (the Yin peak). And all the seasons which flow into each other in their natural rhythm and harmonious cycle.
Women’s bodies have a natural rhythm and cycle, set by our hormones. They affect our emotions and the regulation of various body systems. Understanding and respecting our cycles is vital. It’s key to hormonal and overall balance.
This applies to women who bleed and those who are already in the Second Spring (menopause). We must know when to rest and when to go for it. If a woman keeps pushing her body against her natural rhythm, imbalances will occur.
Women’s empowerment, as in Taoist balance, upholds the fine line between power and love. Embracing both the fierce and compassionate feminine self.
How do you see the Jade Circle® and its growing community of students shaping the future of feminine empowerment?
It is shaping up already and will keep expanding! I observe this in my second generation (students’ daughters). I also see it when students rise in their power, share their gifts, and follow their hearts.
When I started in 2007, it was so different from today. The feminine awareness, which is beyond gender, is growing along with the need for change. And we are truly agents of change when we embody the change we want to see in the world.
I’m grateful for the feminists who fight for our women’s rights and freedom. And the pioneers who lived free lives opened the path for us. I see myself and my students as pioneering a feminine way. A path for women in their empowered and compassionate selves. And I envision the next generations onwards living this path as a way of being.
I know it’s still a long way for human rights to reach all women. But we will get there.
Together we are stronger, supporting our individual but also collective needs. All actions have ripple effects, and the feminine empowerment future is bright!
