Cass Machaka founded Wellbeing Cloud from a deeply personal place—her own journey through anxiety and burnout lit the way.
Discovering the transformative power of hypnotherapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), she now helps others break free from limiting beliefs and reconnect with their confidence. Her sessions blend practical mindset mentoring with subconscious rewiring, offering lasting change for those struggling with anxiety, impostor syndrome, or low self-worth.
In this interview with MysticMag, Cass opens up about her mission to create an inclusive, empowering space for personal transformation.
What inspired you to establish Wellbeing Cloud, and how has your personal journey influenced the services you offer?
Wellbeing Cloud was inspired by my own struggles with anxiety and burnout in high-pressure roles. Hypnotherapy helped me reconnect with myself and build confidence, and I wanted to offer that same transformation to others.
My services are grounded in personal experience, which makes the work feel meaningful and authentic.
Can you elaborate on how Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) enhances the effectiveness of your hypnotherapy and mindset mentoring sessions?
REBT helps clients recognise and challenge limiting beliefs, while hypnotherapy works on the subconscious to reinforce positive change.
Together, they create a powerful shift, both logically and emotionally. It’s like rewiring your inner dialogue on every level.
What are some common challenges your clients face, and how do your services address these issues?
Most clients come to me with anxiety, impostor syndrome, or low confidence. I use a mix of hypnotherapy, mindset mentoring, and tailored tools to help them feel more grounded, in control, and empowered to move forward.
Could you share a success story where your services significantly impacted a client’s life?
A client with public speaking anxiety went from avoiding presentations to confidently leading one at work after a few sessions.
Seeing that kind of transformation where someone feels like themselves again, it is what makes this work so special.
How do you ensure that your services remain accessible to a diverse range of clients, both online and in person?
I offer online sessions, flexible packages, and a monthly subscription to make support more accessible.
Creating a welcoming, inclusive space is also a priority, I want everyone to feel safe, seen, and supported.
Looking ahead, what are your aspirations for Wellbeing Cloud in the evolving landscape of mental health and wellness?
I’m excited to offer more group work, especially around confidence and anxiety, and collaborate with other practitioners.
My goal is to keep building a holistic, inclusive space that empowers people to take ownership of their well-being.
