Can you share more about your journey and the diverse educational background that led you to become a Holistic Health Specialist, blending elements of Asian Medicine, Functional Medicine, and other healing modalities?

My journey has been lifelong, deeply rooted in medicine and exploration. As the daughter of a renowned physician at Johns Hopkins, I grew up in the world of medicine, joining my father on hospital rounds since the age of six. Those Sunday mornings taught me about bedside manner, the profound reasons behind becoming a doctor, and the inner workings of patient care. Working closely in his office, filing papers, and connecting with his secretaries and patients, I practically lived and breathed medicine from a young age.
Traveling with my father to medical conferences worldwide since I was 11 opened my eyes to healthcare in third world countries, from remote areas in Africa, Asia, South America to diverse medical practices in the East and West. College was a time of exploration; I changed my major six times, seeking my path. Despite my father’s reservations about the changing landscape of medicine, I delved into esoteric studies, earning my master’s in London in oil painting while delving into Tibetan art, metaphysics, and quantum physics. Eventually, my journey led me to study acupuncture in London and complete my studies in Santa Monica, earning a five-year master’s in Asian and herbal medicine. Los Angeles became my classroom, where I deeply immersed myself in physiology, pharmacology, and apprenticeships under various doctors and herbalists. Alongside, martial arts, qigong, Tai Chi, yoga, and meditation enriched my education—a holistic tapestry woven not just in schools but throughout my life’s journey from childhood.

Your approach integrates a wide range of techniques, from acupuncture and biofeedback testing to sound therapy and energy medicine. How do these different modalities work together to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of an individual?

Understanding various modalities became pivotal for me. Healing isn’t just about the body or the mind—it’s the intricate interplay of both. My practice encompasses five styles of acupuncture, each addressing different dimensions. Esoteric acupuncture, rooted in Daoism, delves into the spiritual, emotional, and physical aspects, offering a holistic approach. Sound healing is equally fascinating—it delves into cellular healing and frequency, elevating consciousness and transcending trauma by tuning into higher vibrational states. Integrating sound through tuning forks and vibrational therapy offers a complete healing experience. Breathwork, in our modern world, unearths shadows and trauma, necessitating a mind-over-matter approach to navigate discomfort and breathe through it. As practitioners, it’s vital to embrace multiple modalities, tapping into physical and emotional spaces. The breath, for instance, connects us deeply, revealing emotional triggers and childhood memories, shedding light on fear or discomfort. This integrative approach weaves together diverse modalities to create a profound healing tapestry, exploring the body, consciousness, emotions, and memories.

In your practice, you emphasize the importance of love as the highest frequency one can emit. How does this philosophy guide your work, and how do you incorporate the concept of love into your holistic healing sessions?

Absolutely, holding space with love and compassion is pivotal in navigating personal journeys, especially during moments of trauma or health crises. It’s about resonating with the frequency of love, allowing individuals to embrace their healing journey with self-compassion. I incorporate a pulse electromagnetic frequency device set at 528 Hz, known as the frequency of love. Even my skincare and medicinal offerings are charged with this frequency, enhancing healing. Chakra balancing, combined with esoteric acupuncture, further amplifies this concept—loving oneself, forgiving oneself as we embrace karma and trauma
While tapping into love to nurture the body’s innate healing capacity. Love becomes the essence that elevates individuals beyond the frequencies of fear often prevalent during crisis moments. Ultimately, I firmly believe that love has the power to heal all and in the end, love is all that truly matters.

Your holistic approach extends beyond individual sessions to include small group work, couples guidance, and even Energy Transfer Reset (ETR) to release karmic attachments. Can you elaborate on the significance of group dynamics and energy transfer in the healing process, and how these elements contribute to your clients’ well-being?

Experiencing a symphony mirrors the congruence of frequencies creating a beautiful harmony. Similarly, women’s menstrual cycles used to synchronize, reflecting a concept called entrainment, where dominant frequencies affect others. In group settings like yoga or meditation, people unconsciously uplift each other, exploring higher frequencies. I integrate various modalities in my group programs and master classes, emphasizing energy transfer resets for releasing collective karmic burdens, aiding in our collective rise to sovereignty and ascension. Couple dynamics, on the other hand, act as mirrors, helping individuals confront shadows and limiting beliefs through shared experiences. Group work delves into collective wounds, enabling us to break non-serving cycles and ascend to higher frequencies collectively. Ultimately, it’s about stopping cycles that hinder our ascension into the higher frequencies. It is such an exciting time to be alive on this planet as humanity has the opportunity to rise and evolve in ways we’ve not historically experienced.

Holistic medicine is often viewed as a complementary approach to Western medicine. How do you navigate the integration of holistic practices with more conventional medical approaches, especially given your background in both Functional Medicine and Asian Medicine?

My understanding of holistic and Asian medicine, coupled with witnessing my father’s holistic medical approach, runs deep. Integrating these ancient practices, rooted in centuries of wisdom, with modern technologies and medications is crucial in today’s medical field. I focus on educating patients about medication chemistry while advocating for using food as medicine, herbs, and supplements either alongside or potentially in place of pharmaceuticals. This balanced approach extends to integrating pharmaceuticals with herbs for cancer patients and those with vaccine injuries, showcasing a comprehensive healing method. Alongside relying on modern emergency medicine for critical situations, I combine various modalities like energy medicine, Reiki, acupuncture, PEMF, rife and infrared therapies for post-operative care, emphasizing a holistic and complementary path to expedite recovery. Moreover, let’s not forget that holistic and Eastern medicine is the traditional medicine and that western allopathic medicine is the complementary alternative when we really break it down.
