Can you please introduce yourself to our readers and share a few details about your professional background?

My name is Ankke Orryn and I am an intuitive counselor, holistic health therapist, and a nutrition and nourishment therapist. I’ve been in the healing arts for around 25 years now. I started with practicing yoga, meditation, and energy work and then got into integrative nutrition therapy, including the psychology of nourishment. After that, I also developed my intuitive abilities through practicing energy work and going to psychic development classes and mediumship classes. Now, I include all of those techniques in my practice, along with ancestral & past life healing, plant medicine, herbal medicine, healthy communication & relationship coaching, etc., all with the goal of getting my clients the best and most well-rounded holistic healing on all levels – body, mind, and spirit-wise.

What types of readings do you offer?

The most common type of reading I do is related to helping people with guidance in their lives, primarily through connecting with their Higher Self or the highest expression of Spirit. I ask for that guidance and whatever is in their highest good to come through.

I also offer mediumship readings where I connect with people’s loved ones on the other side, with spirit guides, angels, and many other beings and energies. On top of that, I also offer medical intuitive readings, where I feel into the person’s body and their energy system to see where something might be out of balance, what it might be trying to teach them or communicate to them, and where we can work to heal and rebalance their system. I do this on all levels; physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual, with the aim of bringing everything into balance as much as possible. I give people suggestions and recommendations on what treatments and protocols they might want to pursue, whether it’s natural or conventional medicine.

You also offer Family & Systemic Constellations. What can you tell me about that part of your work?

I have implemented Family & Systemic Constellations since I trained to become a facilitator in 2014. This is a form of ancestral healing or internal family systems healing. We can apply this profound modality to many different things. It can be for a true family system or a system of parts that exist within a person. Or it can be for an external system such as a workplace and the people in it. The aim is to bring the system in question into balance. Love is always present in any system, be it within ourselves or among the people we love or work with. Yet, we can often encounter difficulties and entanglements, where we’re consciously or unconsciously causing each other harm.

Doing the Family Constellations process is a really beautiful way to tap into the quantum field of the system in question and see the underlying subconscious interaction that’s going on between all of its parts, as well as to acknowledge what’s going on so that we can facilitate healing and change and direct love to move in a healthy and congruent way. So that all the parts [people in the system or family] can work together with more ease and healthy expressions of love.

One of the goals is to make the person who’s going through the process free from carrying the weight or the baggage of other people (or parts) in the system. Oftentimes we unconsciously take things on from our ancestors or our bosses, or parts of ourselves take things from other parts that are deemed as more important, if it’s an internal family system. We want to allow the primary personality to be free from carrying that extra baggage that simply does not serve them in their life now.

I can do these constellations with a group of people, which is the original way of doing it, where we have a number of people join me and the client to represent these different family members or these different parts of the system in question. Alternatively, I can do it within, with only myself and the client present. I’ve been doing this for so long that I can go into the field in my mind to witness and communicate with all the parts.

In your Nutrition, Nourishment, & Wellness coaching you use many different modalities, such as sound healing and chakra balancing. How do you combine your skills and knowledge from different fields to get the best results for your clients?

As I mentioned before, I really look at the person as a whole. We’re composed of so many different parts and aspects within ourselves. So I think it’s really important to utilize different modalities and ways of working to address the whole person, and what each person uniquely needs, in order to facilitate their healing appropriately and get them to a place where they can grow spiritually, along with healing physically, emotionally, and psychologically.

I use vibrational/energy modalities like these because everything in this universe is ultimately composed of consciousness and vibration. Therefore, everything that exists has a unique frequency. For example, the sound of my voice conveys a particular frequency, so when we use sound healing, if I’m singing or chanting, there’s a particular vibration to it. It’s created and conveyed to the client in that moment, and then it’s received with that person’s entire being, not just as a physical or chemical reaction. This helps balance the client’s entire energetic and physical system. Techniques like Chakra Balancing, Reiki, Emotion Code, or any type of energy work all operate on this same principle.

I integrate a number of different modalities and energy techniques to balance the consciousness and vibration of each client’s system, which makes it so that any physical treatment received afterward, such as nutrition or supplements, will be more effective and received more completely. In that way, the whole system heals, not just the physical body. This is true healing. We have to focus on the root cause, and even more importantly, the intended end results. The best results can only be achieved by looking at and working with the whole picture of a whole person.

Can you share a few more details about the energy work that you do?

As I mentioned before, I use a lot of energy work, and because of the training and practice that I have in working with intuition and what I would call Spirit, I allow my intuitive guidance to tell me what to do, to guide me, and to show me the way when working with clients. It may show me an intuitive message conveying information that would be beneficial for the client to hear and utilize, or a particular type of energy work to use with the client such as emotional release, balancing their chakras or their body parts, releasing traumas, limiting beliefs, and negative energies from the body, and re-coding their consciousness to manifest more positive experiences.

I often do muscle testing, primarily on my own body, which serves as a proxy, because I do a lot of work at a distance. I allow myself to be guided not only by Spirit, but also by the client’s innate intelligence and their internal Higher Self. This intelligence may be the intelligence of their body, their being, or their subconscious. I allow these energies to guide me and show me where to go and what to do.

This practice allows us to focus fully on the client’s intention, what we want to heal and what we want to achieve. It’s a good way to address all aspects of a person and facilitate change on a much deeper level, ultimately propelling the client toward wellness, wholeness, transformation, and inspiration; helping them live a healthy life full of love, vitality, and expressing their gifts in the world more fully.
