How and when did you discover your gifts?

I was always intuitive but didn’t think I had real gifts until 2019 when I experienced a huge awakening. I had been watching a lot of paranormal TV shows and idolized Amy Allan from The Dead Files. I wanted to be her! This desire welled up in me until one night before bed, I sent a powerful intention to the universe. With as much heartfelt longing as I could muster, I asked for the ability to see Spirit. Asking once didn’t seem enough, so I asked 3 times. Whoever or whatever was listening needed to know I was serious. Later that night, I awoke to a glowing transparent head floating above my bed. It was looking straight ahead but as soon as I moved, it immediately turned to face me and stared intensely into my eyes. That was the first time I had seen anything like that, it wasn’t the last, and I was surprised by my own terror at that moment. I closed my eyes but could still see it through my eyelids. I squeezed my eyes shut very tightly and hid under the sheets until it felt safe to come out. Thus began my journey to become the medium I am today. Can anyone just ask for these gifts? I think you have to be really ready for it. I encourage people to try.

Does your background as a data analyst help in your work as a Spirit Medium?

Indirectly. It keeps me focused and grounded by balancing right- and left-brained activity. It also keeps me searching for a better understanding of how and why spiritual healing and mediumship work. It’s very easy to get lost in all the “woo,” so a scientific perspective is very helpful for me.

How does Home and Space Clearing work?

I am able to view entities and energies in and around a physical location using my clairvoyant skills. It doesn’t matter if the target location is right in front of me or on the other side of the world. To do this, I go into a slightly altered state of consciousness and mentally scan the area. I ask my Spirit Guides to reveal and clear out any dark force entities, portals, earthbound spirits, or dense energies. If done in person, any residual energies left on the premises are then removed using smoke from burning sage, otherwise known as “smudging.” I also use sound, ritual, and sea salt to purify the home. I finish by surrounding the dwelling in a circle of light and leaving the client with crystals to place in each corner, creating a bubble of protection. If done remotely, these steps are performed symbolically, which is just as effective when done correctly. This works because consciousness is fundamental in our universe. It is what drives physical reality, not the other way around. Intention, when focused, creates real results such as a peaceful, balanced home.

How can Remote Spirit Release help a person?

Just like you get regular physical checkups, Remote Spirit Release is a type of spiritual health check. If we let ourselves go, small issues accumulate and become bigger problems. We need to keep ourselves in good condition to make the most out of life. Our physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing have energetic components that all need attention. I use an evidence-based protocol developed by my mentor, Dr. Terence Palmer, to examine different aspects of a person’s spiritual self. What it achieves can include: a lighter psychological burden, greater mental clarity, fewer intrusive thoughts, improved boundary setting, better perspective taking, increased physical energy, less irritability, greater emotional stability, fewer sleep issues, and more.

What is a Sovereignty Check?

It comprises the first step of the Remote Spirit Release protocol – checking an individual’s sovereignty. This means the person is in sole and unequivocal possession of their own body and energetic field, with no interference from anything outside the self. In other words, it checks for negative entity attachments that do not belong. If something is found, it is rated on a scale of 1 (low intelligence and strength) to 3 (high intelligence and strength) and duly removed by my Spirit Guides.

You do Digital Tarot Reading via email. How much is that different from the “traditional” in-person readings?

The difference is mainly that of convenience and privacy. Not everyone is interested in face-to-face interactions, nor can everyone carve out a good time for a session in my time zone. While in-person readings are more conversational and can veer off in all kinds of directions, digital readings are more focused and allow me to ponder the cards, exploring their deeper meaning for the client. Neither format is better than the other. The clients get lots of juicy bits either way.

What’s your favorite part about your profession?

I started doing this because I didn’t want anyone else to go through what I did in 2019. I felt very alone, possibly crazy, and didn’t know how to fix a problem nobody else could see. Helping people is what it’s all about for me. I also love getting “in the zone.” When you are plugged into the greater consciousness system and the information is flowing freely through you, it feels really good. I get completely immersed when doing this work. It’s a beautiful thing.
