Please describe your journey into becoming a psychic medium. What experiences or events led you to the discovery and development of your abilities?

I’m originally an artist, so I’ve always had a strong creative side. This all began when I was very young. I used to think that everyone was similar to me. I would say things to people, and their reactions would be different, but I was often surrounded by older individuals. I got along better with much older people while growing up. I would spend time with teachers in grade school and didn’t really connect with other kids. For the most part, kids were often intimidated by me. I recall in public school, they started referring to me as “witchy Mama” or “witchy grandma,” which translates to “Strega Nona” in Italian. They would call me that because I would predict things, and then they would come true. They believed I was causing these occurrences, but it didn’t bother me much because I’m an artist, and we tend to be unique.

At a young age, we lost an aunt. She was rather large, and I would sit on her ample lap. I affectionately called her “auntie lap.” When she passed away, my parents told me she was in heaven. I, however, could still see her sitting there and even described what she was wearing the day she passed. Then, I conveyed that she wanted me to tell my parents not to be angry with my uncle. My parents were perplexed and thought I was just imagining things. A few months later, my uncle remarried, despite the recent loss of his wife. My parents had a disagreement with him over this decision. They felt he should have grieved longer. This caused a strain in their relationship. When my uncle passed away, his estate didn’t go to our family. It wasn’t a significant sum of money, but it highlighted the point. This incident remains one of the earliest memories of my abilities, and I was around 6 years old at the time.

I’ve been using my abilities ever since that young age. Originally, I started doing readings as a hobby in junior high school, and it continued through high school and into college. Even as I was completing my education and juggling various jobs, I maintained this hobby. Eventually, it gained momentum, and I found myself dedicating more time to it. Every time I thought I might need to switch to a different job, another opportunity arose related to my abilities. It has been a rather fascinating journey.

Since you possess medical intuition and are also a psychic medium, how do you differentiate between information from spirits and your own intuition?

In this context, differentiation is not really present because I consistently receive information through a stream of consciousness. It’s akin to daydreaming, dreaming, and a slideshow – as if someone were talking to a six-year-old. The images are fragmented. I hear things and sense them. It’s comparable to scanning people using an infrared camera. I perceive heat. However, I’m not a doctor or a medical professional. For instance, I might observe heightened warmth around the chest area and assume it’s related to asthma due to the heat signature, but the actual issue could be acid reflux.

My role involves addressing this. I might say to someone, “I sense this aspect within you” or “I can actually feel it.” Occasionally, I even experience pain. Just the other day, while talking to someone I met at the shoreline in Connecticut, I identified that she suffers from migraines because I started developing a headache myself. Right now, I’m experiencing a slight sensation on this side, similar to when you experience them. This information comes forth in such a manner.dreamt that my dad was pregnant and having a C-section while cartoon pickles  danced over his head and his stomach was expansive as if he was pregnant. Pickles hold symbolic significance in many instances; for me, they often represent pregnancy, even being an unconventional representation like ice cream. The dream persisted for three months, and I continuously asked my father if anything was wrong with his stomach. He eventually got a triple hernia laparoscopic surgery, which made him appear pregnant.

During my time at my Chappaqua office, I had numerous male clients. Many of them appeared with pickle-related imagery. One had prostate cancer, another testicular cancer, and a third displayed pink and purple pickles, indicating his sexual orientation. The final client before our closure due to COVID-19 had cartoon pickles adorned in cabaret outfits performing the can-can over his head. I gathered around 100 of them, and it turned out he owned a pickle company. It seemed absurd at first, but the imagery, similar to a local ShopRite advertisement, conveyed his business.

This illustrates how a single image can carry multiple meanings. It’s not definitive. I describe my perceptions to individuals and clarify that while I don’t know precisely what it signifies, this is what I’m sensing. It could be one thing or another. It’s about paying attention. If I see monkeys near someone’s eyes, it might point to glaucoma or pressure issues. As an artist originally, I’m naturally adept at visually and verbally describing things, making the information more digestible and relatable. Nobody wants to hear that they have a black cloud hanging over them.

When I began doing this full-time in college, I visited a reader I had heard on the radio. I was excited and even recorded the session. She requested pictures of my family. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst reading I ever had. She was exceedingly negative and focused on doom and gloom, causing me to reject her insights. I even tore up the recording. In hindsight, some of her observations made sense 30 to 35 years later, but her delivery perhaps influenced how I responded. If she had presented the information the way I do, maybe I would have gained more from it and the experience wouldn’t have been negative. So, in essence, I’m like a six-year-old who had a baby with a mad scientist while describing my visualizations. It’s important to note that children and animals don’t have filters, which somewhat describes my experience. It’s challenging to piece together at times, but my intention is to provide insight as best as I can.

Sometimes the message conveyed might not be very pleasant for your client, and it could even contain negative information. As you mentioned, you’re capable of identifying if someone has cancer or another kind of illness. How do you handle messages of this nature? How do you approach your clients when dealing with challenging situations?

I have a very close friend who was initially a client. I worked with her many years ago, and I’ve actually known her since she was 17. She works in the medical field and has a tendency towards hypochondria, but she’s very attuned to her body. About nine months ago, and I’ll provide an example, she began complaining of an itch on her breast. She went for around three mammograms and ultrasounds. The doctors told her she was fine and dismissed her concerns as unfounded. I advised her that an itch could be seen as a mild form of discomfort, and she should remain vigilant. Finally, a couple of months ago, she asked me if I thought she might have cancer. I replied that if she took action now, whatever the issue was, she would catch it at an early stage and be able to address it effectively.

Unfortunately, she had to go through a weekend of uncertainty, but it turned out she indeed had cancer. The positive aspect was that she caught it early due to her heightened awareness of her body. In my work, I might not receive the explicit term “cancer,” but I could receive terms like “cyst growth” or “mass.” I often sense heat, although I’m unsure about its significance in regards to endings. Death isn’t always literal; it could signify various types of conclusions like divorce, job changes, or relocations. So, I might convey that “many doors could close” or that one might be confronting doorways they’re hesitant to explore. It’s important to note that my insights aren’t absolutes, and I’m not all-knowing; I merely deliver the message.

When a woman comes to me with concerns about her husband cheating, about 99% of the time, my gut feeling is correct. I don’t sugarcoat it; I straightforwardly state, “You already know the answer.” Similarly, if I sense negative energy around a client dating someone, I express that the person isn’t right for them. I might ask them, “Would you want them to date your sister, daughter, or best friend?” If I have reservations about someone, I’ll communicate that there’s something unsettling. I pay attention to names too; certain names have had consistent associations throughout my generation. For instance, many Kevins I’ve known have struggled with substance abuse issues. This is more of a generational pattern for me.

When you’re in this line of work, it’s like using an algorithm, and certain patterns emerge. However, I always strive to present my insights in a digestible manner. Over time, I’ve bartered with and received readings from various people. There was one woman I paid for, and her reading turned out to be the worst. She predicted negative outcomes, and even if she had been accurate, her delivery greatly influenced how I perceived it. I believe altering her approach might have changed my perspective on the events, even if I couldn’t change the outcomes themselves. This experience has influenced me to be more mindful of presenting information. When I started, I was more direct, but I’ve learned to be gentler while still being straightforward. Instead of “short,” I might say “vertically challenged.” Rather than “anal retentive,” I’d use “thought restrictive.” There’s often a kinder way to convey the same message while maintaining accuracy.

I’m not necessarily being forceful with my insights. However, when I’m dealing with cases like missing persons or instances where I suspect foul play or murder, the approach changes. In such situations, I might say, “This is what I’m perceiving. This is what I’m sensing. My feeling leans this way,” you know? Sometimes they’ll inquire, “Do you think the person is still alive?” And that’s when I’ll respond with a negative. This has occurred several times. For instance, one of my long-time clients disappeared. Out of the blue, I received a call from one of her brothers I hadn’t met before. He was at a local police station nearby. It was evening, and he sounded distressed. He said, “My brother is missing.” Instantly, I felt a suffocating sensation, as if I were drowning. I told him, “I don’t believe he’s still earthbound, but come see me.” I didn’t charge him for the session. He brought me one of his brother’s shirts, and I conveyed that his brother was in the river. Around 20 years ago, there was a notorious trend in New York City where people were kidnapped, thrown into vans, and subjected to various atrocities. I told the brother, “You’ll find him when the weather gets warmer.” After a frigid winter, his brother’s body surfaced in the Hudson River on a warm day. I didn’t request compensation; I offered my assistance because he was my client, and the money went toward his burial expenses. I refrained from saying something that would have caused undue pain, like “He’s here now.”

I’ve also encountered instances where people have lost their dogs. I won’t reveal their identities, but a few were notable individuals. One person approached me with a missing dog situation, asking for my insight. I sensed that the dog was with someone, but I didn’t want to convey that I suspected the dog was deceased. I couldn’t delve into the specifics, as it would have been deeply distressing.

Furthermore, I never had a vision of them being reunited with the dog. Sharing that the dog might not be alive, even if it was unverifiable, would have caused unnecessary pain. You can understand the complexity, right? Sometimes, discretion is crucial. Many individuals conduct readings with a very definitive perspective. Life, however, isn’t as simple as black and white; there’s an abundance of gray areas. Often, women going through divorce perceive their ex-husbands as “dead” to them, metaphorically speaking. It’s due to the emotional weight or unresolved issues from their marriage. How you perceive things matters, and maintaining a positive outlook is essential. Treating others as you wish to be treated is fundamental. You wouldn’t want to be treated patronizingly; you want straightforward information. My approach, my choice of words, and the aspects I don’t articulate all contribute to the overall understanding. People usually say, “Now I understand what you meant.”

What type of services do you offer?

When it comes to working on cases, I haven’t been doing that recently, as it drains me considerably. However, I volunteer my services and have numerous clients connected to law enforcement. Many in my family have been in law enforcement as well. So, whenever a situation arises, or someone has a question, they contact me. There was a time I was approached for a case in Texas several years ago. They flew me out there based on a reading I had done. Initially, they believed it was a suicide, but I felt it was a murder. After several factors, they reopened the case, and I was correct. This was a case from 50 years ago when we didn’t have the advanced technology of smartphones. I was describing the area in Texas that was quite remote, not realizing that it was the same place where the murder had occurred five decades prior. It was genuinely intriguing. Nevertheless, such endeavors take a significant toll on me.

I often provide input for local cases or those that don’t involve travel without requesting anything in return. However, if I need to travel, I do require my expenses to be covered. Regarding celebrities, Vanessa Williams is one of the individuals I have worked with, and is featured on my website. While I’ve interacted with other celebrities, some prefer to remain anonymous due to privacy concerns. Vanessa Williams was local to me, and we shared acquaintances. We collaborated on various events, and she’s been charming to work with. However, many celebrities aren’t at ease with psychic readings. I treat them just like anyone else, and that includes being candid. Yet, a few individuals, during times when I’m driving or occupied with an event, may expect immediate responses. SOME CELEBRITIES BECOME IRRITATED when I maintain consistency in my approach by treating everyone equally.

Reading and assisting people can be draining. So, how do you prioritize self-care and maintain your well-being throughout this process of helping others?

I keep a piece of tumbled selenite wand on my desk to help with my energy. I possess several crystals. Additionally, I make it a habit to consume alkaline water. When I feel drained, I attempt to step away. However, I keep going during events like parties or longer sessions spanning a few hours because stopping could hinder me. I function either on or off in those situations. It’s somewhat challenging. My sleep is often restless because I don’t rest well; I tend to absorb information and receive channeled messages during sleep. I try to stay hydrated, walk when time permits, and engage in activities that help me decompress. For instance, I spent the weekend by the shoreline, which was incredibly rejuvenating. Taking care of myself is crucial. Some individuals find meditation beneficial, but I struggle with it. My mind remains too active due to my attention deficit disorder (ADD), so engaging in successful meditation is challenging. To counter this, I might use sage or shower, which aids me due to the water’s ions. Spending time outdoors in nature also offers solace.

On occasion, getting a massage, particularly a foot massage, can be soothing. I try to set aside these moments because some people can switch off easily. Unfortunately, I can’t do that; my energy is constantly active. However, when I eventually reach a point of exhaustion and become unwell, it tends to hit me quite intensely. It’s challenging; I haven’t discovered an alternative approach yet. I’m certain there are other methods, but I haven’t been successful in quieting my mind thus far. That’s my situation. I’m sure you can relate, given your similar disposition.

Yeah, it’s incredibly challenging, you know. One of the things I’ve come to understand is that everything is negotiable and adaptable, and there are no absolute rules. For instance, I haven’t raised my private rates in 12 years. This decision stems from the current circumstances where prices are escalating across the board. Sometimes, people might be unable to afford a reading, or I could encounter someone in a grocery store and provide them with a message. My intention isn’t to gain a client; it’s about being genuinely helpful. Yes, it’s a gift from a higher power, a divine endowment. However, on the flip side, it’s also essential to recognize that the higher powers wouldn’t want us to struggle or be without shelter. There must be an energetic exchange, a balanced give-and-take. Sometimes, I offer readings without charge to individuals; somehow, the universe reciprocates this generosity. It’s not always a financial return; the universe provides in various ways.

Before I started doing larger shows, my readings predominantly occurred in restaurants. If I had ventured into doing shows earlier, I might have had my television shows by now. But timing is crucial; sometimes, the circumstances need to align. Humility is a core value. Unfortunately, some individuals in this field develop an air of superiority. They brandish their abilities as if they are superior to others. For instance, the Jameson twins had a room on Facebook where discussions occurred. I was invited into the group for some reason. Once, I mentioned that everyone possesses psychic potential; it’s akin to a mental muscle that can be developed. However, one of the sisters strongly reacted publicly and privately against this idea, aiming to maintain a certain elevated status. Their expectation was for people to treat them as if they were divine. I withdrew from the room due to their approach, and eventually, they stopped participating in the room altogether, possibly due to backlash. This emphasizes that these abilities are bestowed upon us and can also be taken away. They’re abilities, not dominion. Analogously, athletes need to practice and refine their skills; injuries can impede their performance. Similarly, my journey began with psychic insights until I discovered I could convey medical information or connect with spirits—fields I didn’t anticipate.

Every step I take in understanding my abilities introduces new dimensions, often in unpredictable ways. When I think I’ve grasped the extent of my talents, fresh revelations emerge, reshaping my perspective. It’s comparable to a bag of confetti being thrown into the air, leading to a constant reevaluation. My journey is a dynamic one, and it’s not always straightforward. I visited a hotel spa, and an unusual sensation occurred—my hair stood on end. This location had an artistic flair, and it felt like Andy Warhol had an influence. The place was uniquely creative, reminiscent of my art and design school years. Curiously, I received messages while I was there. It’s an environment that defies the norm. Interestingly, the seat I encountered was sculpted using plexiglass, and it was exceptional. Subsequently, I learned that it had a past life as something different, having transitioned from an unconventional establishment to what it is today. It was a captivating experience, allowing me to connect with messages. This underscores the fact that sometimes my intuitive insights are beyond my control—it’s akin to having psychic Tourette’s if you will.
