Marianne, what inspired you to delve into the practice of ThetaHealing® and become a practitioner? Can you share a personal experience or transformation that led you to this modality?

I discovered ThetaHealing® in an amazing way 13 years ago in 2011. I was at the Sivananda Ashram with the intention of attending a yoga retreat. That’s where I first heard about ThetaHealing® from Vianna Stibal, the founder, who was teaching the Basic ThetaHealing class there. Intrigued, I signed up for it without knowing much about her or the healing technique. Despite my limited knowledge, there was always an interest in healing within me, and ThetaHealing® resonated with me right away. By the second day of the course, I found myself saying out loud that I wanted to take all the courses. Little did I know that there were over 20 courses for practitioners and 20 courses for instructors. Vianna had courses on plants, animals, the earth and various other topics. Given my background in plants and forestry, and my love for animals, it felt like a perfect fit. Having experienced other modalities where I’d forget what I learned within a week, ThetaHealing® stood out because I could remember and apply everything I learned. Over the years, I’ve consistently used ThetaHealing® in my life. After the very first course, I underwent a personal transformation where I realized I wasn’t a victim or at the mercy of my thoughts and emotions. The practical technique we learned to cancel, clear, and delete negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones had a profound impact on me. Applying this technique consistently for about three months led to a significant change in my underlying emotions. Over time my whole energy field and consciousness changed in amazingly positive ways. ThetaHealing® has proven to be a practical resource in every area of my life. It’s something I can draw on whenever someone comes to me for a session or when facing challenges in my own life. There’s a profound and practical aspect to ThetaHealing that continues to support me.

ThetaHealing® is described as a technique that allows individuals to change belief systems and achieve rapid healing. Could you walk us through a typical ThetaHealing® session and explain how it works to bring about physical and emotional transformation?

A typical ThetaHealing® session consists of eight steps, each designed to facilitate deep healing and transformation. The foundational first step involves asking for the person’s verbal permission, emphasizing the importance of free agency in ThetaHealing®. Once permission is granted, the second step involves connecting to the Creator of All That Is is to gather information about what’s most important for the person. A scan is then conducted to understand the dynamics of their body and energy system.

Moving on to the third step, the healing process begins, especially if the person has already done belief work and is ready for the healing. Step four involves connecting to the client’s guardian angel, providing additional insights and creating a comforting space. The fifth step focuses on the heart, where clients express what they want to change in their lives, bringing a clear focus to the session.

The subsequent steps involve belief work, addressing the underlying beliefs or patterns that support the issues the client wants to work on. This includes digging to identify bottom beliefs and conducting energy testing to confirm them. Instilling new feelings and changing beliefs through the Creator helps shift the client’s perspective positively.
The last two steps cater to client inquiries and a glimpse into the future. Questions and advice are sought through the Creator, and a brief exploration of potential future outcomes is discussed at the end. It’s important to note that the future is dynamic and can change based on shifts in the client’s belief system.

ThetaHealing® is known for its speed, often bringing about significant shifts in just one session. The number of sessions required varies, and it’s entirely client-driven. The focus is on clients noticing changes in their attitudes, energy, happiness, and overall well-being. Whether addressing fears, physical conditions, emotional issues or how spiritually they feel connected to Creator, clients determine the continuation of sessions based on their experiences and desired outcomes. The client’s discretion is central to the healing journey in ThetaHealing®.

The concept of energy testing is fascinating. How does it play a role in ThetaHealing®, and how does it help practitioners identify and transform negative beliefs stored in the subconscious?

In ThetaHealing®, we rely on energy testing to test beliefs, placing a significant emphasis on exploring beliefs residing in the subconscious mind, which governs about 80 to 90% of our lives. This aspect holds immense importance for us, and during our classes, instructors guide students to test various beliefs. The goal is to understand the origins of these beliefs, whether they stem from childhood experiences, ancestral influences, societal norms, lives in other times and places, or the client’s soul level. Once a person knows when a belief started, they can discover how the belief serves them and what they have learned from the experience. That is when true transformation happens.

Energy testing serves a dual purpose. Firstly, it helps identify the level at which a belief is held, providing insights into its formation. Secondly, it allows clients to confirm the effectiveness of belief changes during a session. For example, a client may initially test “yes” for a particular belief, indicating its presence. After the practitioner facilitates a change in that belief, the client tests again, and if the belief has truly shifted, the result will be a “no”. Subsequently, testing the newly instilled positive belief helps solidify the transformative process.

In essence, energy testing becomes a powerful tool in ThetaHealing®, aiding in the exploration, transformation, and confirmation of beliefs held in the subconscious mind.

You mention the Seven Planes of Existence as a conceptual model to understand the Creator of All That Is. How does this model contribute to the ThetaHealing® practice, and how does it aid in achieving physical healing, spiritual progress, and enlightenment?

The model of the Seven Planes of Existence in ThetaHealing® serves as a comprehensive framework that encompasses every healing modality and perspective in the universe. It offers a profound understanding of the universe, shaping our approach to meditation techniques aimed at accessing the Creator of All That Is. This model becomes instrumental in deciphering the messages received when posing questions to the universe.

Each Plane of Existence represents a unique perspective, and understanding the distinctions helps us align with the Creator’s energy, especially when seeking answers beyond the limited perspectives of the first six planes. Balancing our connection with each plane is crucial for overall well-being. For instance, an imbalance in the First Plane of Existence, associated with inorganic matter, minerals, and crystals, can manifest in health issues such as osteoporosis and emotional challenges due to a lack of support.

The Seven Planes of Existence not only provide insights into current imbalances but also shed light on the soul’s progression after transitioning. As souls move through these Planes of Existence, they accumulate experiences and gain enlightenment, connecting with the Creator, accessing truth, purity, and opportunities to align with their Divine Timing. This holistic perspective on the Seven Planes of Existence becomes an integral part of every ThetaHealing® course, forming the foundation for understanding the universe and enhancing our connection with the divine.

ThetaHealing® is often associated with the theta brainwave state. Can you explain how entering into the theta brainwave facilitates the connection with the Creator of All That Is and allows practitioners to witness physical and emotional healings?

In ThetaHealing®, the Theta brain waves are often referred to as “miracle brain waves.” These brain waves are a natural part of the five brainwaves everyone experiences, and they represent a state where one feels the closest to the Creator of All That Is. The Theta brain wave state is characterized by a profound sense that anything is possible, making it an ideal state for various ThetaHealing® practices.

When operating in the Theta brain wave, individuals transcend ego, paradigms, and belief systems. It is a pure state of receptivity, where one can connect directly to the Creator and engage in activities such as asking questions, manifesting intentions, and witnessing healings through Creator. This state of mind is free from doubt and fear, providing an optimal environment for receiving information. In the Theta brain wave state, all senses are heightened, allowing practitioners to gather the most comprehensive and accurate information.

Utilizing the Theta brain wave in ThetaHealing® enables a deep and direct connection with the Creator, facilitating various transformative processes and manifestations. It is considered the purest state of mind, creating an open channel for profound insights and healing experiences.
