Your concept of “human differently”; encourages individuals to break free from old patterns and choose new paths for their health and life direction. Could you elaborate on how this philosophy integrates mindset shifts, energetic work, and ancestral healing to promote self-awareness and personal agency?
When we human differently, we grant ourselves permission to change. I use human as a verb because it represents our ability to be fluid and adaptable in how we engage with the world. When we encounter new experiences, allowing ourselves to meet them in ways that differ from how we were raised or from inherited beliefs we create the possibility of a profoundly different life. Self-awareness and personal agency are the driving forces—the engine that propels change
and sets it on a new trajectory.
As a practitioner certified in Biofield Tuning, Five Element Acupuncture, BodyIntuitive, Constellation Therapy, and Shamanic Healing, how do you synthesize these diverse modalities in your practice to address complex health issues and life challenges?
I work with spiritual gifts that I’ve both inherited and developed, using intuitive feedback
techniques such as muscle testing—also known as biomuscular feedback—to guide my energetic and spiritual interactions. This helps me navigate the liminal spaces between myself and my clients with clarity and precision.
Among the various modalities I use, Body Intuitive is my primary approach because it integrates biomuscular feedback seamlessly. It provides a structured yet dynamic map of the body at both physical and energetic levels, making it an incredibly powerful tool. As a master practitioner and teacher of Body Intuitive, I value its depth and effectiveness.
However, I believe that we can engage with any part of ourselves to expand our understanding on both macro and micro levels. For instance, ear acupuncture—a modality in which I am trained—demonstrates how the entire mental, physical, and emotional blueprint exists within specific areas of the body. This concept extends to various reflexive points, such as those found in the hands and scalp. Essentially, we are a network of interconnected holograms, with each aspect conferring the capability to reveal insights into the whole well-being.
At the core of this work is the recognition of the wholeness template—the innate state of balance and harmony within us. The more we allow this template to emerge, the easier and more fulfilling life becomes, enhancing our health, relationships, and overall experience.
I have been a self-employed practitioner for 19 years, though my journey in this field began
nearly 28 years ago.
Your group sessions emphasize collective healing experiences that can lead to profound changes, sometimes even deeper than one-on-one sessions. Can you share specific examples of how group dynamics have facilitated significant transformations among participants?
Even relatively minor concerns—though not minor to those experiencing them—can be
addressed in my group sessions. These gatherings offer a space for individuals to re-energize, clear stagnant energy, and release the weight of the past week. Often, participants bring up physical ailments or emotional challenges they hadn’t mentioned before, such as persistent neck pain or lingering stress.
In these sessions, I don’t just work on individuals—I also engage with ancestral patterns, daily experiences, and even broader societal structures (like negative effects from unchecked capitalism) that shape our energetic and emotional landscapes. By addressing these layers simultaneously, we can clear inherited or collective imprints stored in the body, whether genetically, energetically, or through societal conditioning.
This work also opens pathways for future possibilities, creating shifts that individuals may not have realized were possible because they hadn’t yet surfaced in their day-to-day experience.
One particularly meaningful transformation came from a woman in her early 60s, a professional singer who had nearly stopped performing because she could no longer reach the high notes she once could. After working with me in group sessions over time, she found herself able to sing in her full vocal range again. Our voice is deeply tied to our energy, and as she released burdens—ones that had been both teachers and limitations—she rediscovered her ability to express herself fully.
Group work is especially important to me because it allows for profound transformation at a more accessible cost while also offering a deeply supportive collective experience. It’s a truly rewarding way to facilitate healing and renewal on multiple levels.
The “Magic Makers Course” aims to empower individuals to break ancestral trauma cycles and prevent their transmission to future generations. What inspired you to develop this course, and what core components does it include to support participants in this transformative journey?
The inspiration behind my work with ancestral trauma cycles stemmed from my own experiences, particularly after having children. I became acutely aware of how old behavioral patterns were trying to move through me, and I was determined to break those cycles rather than unconsciously perpetuate them. This led me to explore healing at the ancestral level.
As an acupuncturist, I found that while there were ways to work with ancestral trauma, the practice often felt confined to one-on-one sessions. I wanted to go deeper—not only as a healer but also in transforming my own interactions with my children, my parents, and even the future I envisioned for my lineage.
Through my work, I began to recognize the far-reaching impact of brutality—not just in the obvious sense of violence, but in more insidious forms: brutality against the earth, against our inner nature, and within power structures that shape societies. These forces leave profound imprints on both individual bodies and the collective human experience. As I guided individuals through releasing these deeply ingrained traumas, I witnessed extraordinary shifts—family dynamics transformed, once-unbearable relationships became spaces for healing, and new possibilities for joy emerged where none seemed possible before.
This realization inspired me to develop a group program that could facilitate this kind of transformation on a larger scale. The idea had been forming for some time, but the wars in Israel and Gaza, as well as the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, accelerated its evolution. Global crises have a way of awakening hidden wounds within us, mirroring the internalized brutality that often originates from ancestral or societal conditioning. While brutality is often linked to fear and survival, the more we release these patterns, the more space we create for what I call magic—a term I use to describe the state of being in flow with life force energy. When we align with this flow, we step into our true purpose, bringing forward our unique gifts and creating real transformation—not just for ourselves, but for the world around us.
You mention that highly sensitive and neurodivergent individuals find your work particularly beneficial. How do you tailor your healing approaches to meet the unique needs of these clients, and what outcomes have you observed in their journeys toward clarity and self-empowerment?
For highly sensitive and/or neurodivergent individuals, one of the biggest challenges is navigating a world that often invalidates their experiences. Many have spent their lives being gaslit—told that what they feel, see, or sense isn’t real. This in itself is deeply traumatizing and can create a significant barrier to receiving healing or guidance.
Because my approach is open to the invisible forces that influence us on profound levels, it naturally creates a space where these individuals feel seen and validated. Often, they have been carrying feelings or perceptions that they couldn’t put into words—things that no one around them understood or that they were dismissed for. In my work, I provide not only space-holding but also a framework that helps them make sense of what they have endured.
This is why I consider my work both healing and coaching. While the healing aspect allows for deep energetic shifts, the coaching component empowers people with new ways to understand themselves. By introducing different frameworks, I help them contextualize their experiences, making it easier to see why certain interactions or environments have been so difficult for them. More importantly, this gives them the tools to continue learning and growing on their own if they choose. Ultimately, it’s about clarity, self-empowerment, and creating a new way of engaging with the world—one that honors who they truly are.
