Roos Ahern’s journey into the world of quantum healing started with a question: What if there’s more to health than meets the eye? This question led her to create The Divine Reveal (TDR), a process that bridges hypnosis, energy, and consciousness to unlock hidden aspects of the self. In this exclusive, Roos shares the inspiration behind TDR, the challenges of working on such a profound level, and the revelations that have emerged through this extraordinary healing journey. What if the future of healing lay not in external remedies but in our own consciousness? Roos Ahern’s work is paving the way for a new paradigm of health, where energy, thought, and spirit all play crucial roles. From The Divine Reveal (TDR) to Quantum Pain Relief (QPR), her processes offer a glimpse into what’s possible when we tap into the quantum field. Join Mystic Mag as Roos discusses the implications of quantum healing, how it’s reshaping health practices, and what it means for the future of medicine.
Can you share the journey of how Quantum Pain Relief (QPR) came through you? What was the catalyst that inspired you to develop this healing modality?
Though QPR came through me, I wouldn’t say that I was inspired to develop it. There was no forethought and very little development of the process. Most of the development came in putting together a course to teach others how to do it.
After spending several years developing TDR into the process that it is today I was left with one major issue. TDR is a great process for anyone who is willing to put in the work. There is lots of preparation, a transformative session and lots of follow-up. But what about people who aren’t there yet? What can I offer them to help them along the way?
My mind was fixed on this issue. So the intention was there but I had no clue as to how to proceed. It wasn’t until I looked back much later that I was able to put the dots together.
At some point after this I started feeling drawn to heal people with my hands. Though I knew of this, I had never actually learned energy healing or worked with it. Each time the feeling came up I would push it off figuring that people would think I’m crazy. Especially since it usually came up around people who had no connection to anything spiritual.
One day when I was visiting a friend, her son and his family were there, the urge came through again. The son had suddenly developed a painful shoulder the night before after spending the day in an exercise park. His arm was in a sling and he was taking pain killers. Everyone was sitting around outside talking in the late afternoon and the urge to heal him with my hands came on very strong. I was surprised when I found myself asking him if he’d be interested in me trying to help him out with the pain. I was even more surprised when he said yes.
We went inside, and not knowing what to do, I followed whatever came to me. After a couple of hours we finished, the pain had gone down quite a bit. He went inside and returned without the sling and moving his arm around to test it out, to the amazement of everyone there.
This emboldened me to replicate the process on other people in pain. And so QPR began.
Many people find it challenging to address pain without delving into its emotional or psychological roots. How does QPR differ from traditional methods in addressing pain without needing a deep dive into the client’s history?
For this we need to consider, what is pain?
Pain is actually a warning system to let you know that something problematic needs to be addressed. There is a condition known as CIPA where the afflicted person does not feel physical pain. This is considered to be a life threatening condition.
The pain shows us specifically where the issue is. As we go through life and have difficult and traumatic experiences, emotions get stuck causing blockages in the energy flows of the body, which leads to pain. Shifting the emotions alleviates the blockage in the energy flow and resolves the pain.
In QPR, instead of focusing on the event, we focus on a basic understanding which reframes the circumstances of the event, and with this shifts the emotion. When the emotion is transformed the energy blockage is resolved together with the pain.
What type of services do you offer?
Though I offer sessions to clients, my main focus is on teaching and assisting practitioners. As one person I can only assist so many people. The more practitioners that we have living up to their potential, the faster we can shift and change the world.
Also, my focus is currently on live Zoom sessions. This helps build the community and support that so many thirst for in the digital age of recorded courses. With this I offer…
• QPR practitioner certification and training
• TDR practitioner certification and training
• Beginning practitioners support groups
• Session recording review groups
• Individual practitioner coaching
• Spiritual awakening support groups
• Various types of groups on specialized topics
Also, I’m in the middle of setting up a platform called the Quantum Healers Support Network. This will offer many types of resources, tools and Zoom groups for practitioners of all types. It is scheduled to open before the end of the year.
The Divine Reveal (TDR) offers a profound and life-altering experience similar to a Near-Death Experience (NDE). How do you guide clients through such a transformative process, and what is the significance of replicating Anita Moorjani’s NDE experience?
There are a number of significant factors in Anita Moorjani’s NDE which makes it the ideal NDE for the TDR process.
• Anita describes the NDE so thoroughly, that it can be replicated
• Hypnosis is an ideal medium to accomplish this
• It led to a significant healing on the physical level
• This healing was medically documented
• Anita also describes the shifts which occurred on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels and the difficulties which resulted due to them
• This allows us to know what to expect and how to work with it after the session
Where TDR differs from regular hypnosis is that
• There is lots of preparation and follow-up
• We utilize the gamma brain wave state, which is most similar to an NDE
• We utilize non-conventional hypnosis
• We are able to assist the client in experiencing the significant aspects of the NDE and bring everything back
Both QPR and TDR offer significant transformations for the client. How do you support individuals in integrating these shifts into their everyday lives post-session?
QPR is a relatively simple process and is focused on alleviating pain and other problematic sensations. With this we find that there is not much after care needed. Once the pain is gone it is gone. Coaching is available but not usually needed.
Through the TDR process clients make significant shifts which can touch almost every aspect of their lives. Therefore significant follow-up is included in order to maintain what is brought back, grow from there, and handle any issues that arise. This includes
• Follow-up coaching sessions
• After session homework
• Special meditations
• Personalized tools
• Ongoing support groups
