Sandy Wilson: Empowering Others through Energy Work

Sandy Wilson: Empowering Others through Energy Work

Sandy Wilson, a former educator, has always possessed a keen interest in guiding individuals towards their optimal selves. With her extensive experience in the realm of energy work, she has been assisting clients in purging negativity from their lives for numerous years. The equilibrium of one’s energy plays a pivotal role in facilitating the healing process for emotional wounds and physical distress. Achieving one’s aspirations becomes considerably more attainable when the barriers to success, often concealed in the form of negative energy, are successfully dismantled.

During energy sessions, there is no imperative need to delve into intricate details of painful experiences to eliminate the adverse energy. A succinct description or mere mention of the event suffices. Sandy has witnessed clients providing nothing more than a name, followed by a tacit nod throughout the session, and subsequently departing with a sense of relief and a radiant smile.

Can you explain the core principles and techniques of EFT, The Body Code, and The Emotion Code, and how they differ from each other?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping), commonly called just “tapping” is a technique that involves gently tapping on acupressure points on the head and upper body while focusing on the presenting issue. Doing this helps break the emotional charge of emotions and, in turn, allows the stress or pain to diminish. EFT was developed by Gary Craig based on Thought Field Therapy by Roger Callahan. Emotion Code – The Emotion Code is an energy-balancing technique that allows for the removal of trapped emotions which can result in various emotional and physical issues. By connecting energetically with the client, I ask yes/no questions to determine what trapped emotions are present.

Body Code – The Body Code is an energy-balancing technique that allows the identification and removal of energy imbalances in six categories: Energy, Circuit or System, Toxin, Pathogen, Misalignment, Nutrition, or Lifestyle. By connecting energetically with the client, I ask yes/no questions to determine in which category the imbalance(s) are present and work to clear those.

The Emotion Code and Body Code were created by Dr. Brad Nelson.

What led you to become a certified practitioner in these three modalities, and how do you integrate them into your holistic approach to health and wellness?

I initially used hypnosis and became interested in tapping after reading of very positive (some very quick) results. I studied, became certified, and used tapping for about six years with great success. Then, I learned about the Emotion Code and Body Code and added them to my toolbox. When clients call, they usually ask for an Emotion/Body Code session. Sometimes, I am guided to include tapping during the session.

Can you share a specific case study or success story where you’ve used EFT, The Body Code, and The Emotion Code to help a client overcome emotional or physical challenges? What were the results?

EFT: When I was using just the tapping, a young lady with a “frozen neck” came to see me. She could not move her head but rather had to turn her shoulders to see in either direction. We tapped into what she believed the cause to be. We tapped on the cause and various emotions connected to it, and her neck started to relax. We continued beyond the normal session time because of the progress, and by the time we finished, she could turn her head easily and look in both directions.,

Body Code: A young woman brought her mother to see me because she had extreme knee pain after surgery and could barely walk. Using the Body Code, we discovered an energy misalignment that we corrected. Her knee felt better, but still not great. We continued the session and discovered a trapped emotion of anger in the knee. We cleared the trapped emotion, and she immediately felt a release and could easily move her knee, stand, and walk freely. Before she walked out, she shared that she had been mad at the surgeon because he would not accept that she was in pain, telling her it would go away.

Emotion Code: A man in his 30s/40s came to work on his temper. He was easily triggered and would quickly react negatively to others. He had great difficulty with his mother, saying they could not be in the same room without an outburst. We cleared a heart wall along with some other trapped emotions. When he came for the second session, he reported that he had visited his mother with no hint of conflict. I asked about other triggers he had reported during the first session. He shrugged and said he had no idea why those things bothered him.

How do you assess and prioritize which modality or combination of modalities to use when working with a new client?

Most clients express interest in a preferred modality. I usually start with the Body Code because the Emotion Code is included within it and go from there. When trapped emotions and imbalances have been cleared and an issue persists, I use tapping. Additionally, if there is an emotional response, I use tapping to remove that.

What ethical considerations do you take into account when working with clients using these techniques, particularly when addressing potentially sensitive emotional issues?

I always listen to my clients. I always tell them that I can help clear trapped emotions and imbalances, but I am not a replacement for a medical professional or a trained counselor. With these energy techniques, it is not necessary for the client to give specific details of any incident that led to their condition. The subconscious always guides us in the right direction.

How do you stay updated and continue your education in EFT, The Body Code, and The Emotion Code to ensure you are providing the most effective and up-to-date services to your clients?

I read and watch training videos created for practitioners to deepen their skills. I concentrate on those tapping articles/videos created by Master EFT Practitioners (those trained by Gary Craig) and by Emotion Code and Body Code created by Dr. Brad Nelson and the staff at Discover Healing.

Additionally, I will be trained and certified in the Belief Code in January. This is the third rung of the Discover Healing protocol and deals with faulty core belief systems.
