Can you share with us how you integrate Chinese forms of therapy and ancient shamanic healing methods into your holistic approach to health and wellness?

I work energetically in the quantum field. Meaning I can therefore treat people all over the world. I only need their personal permission. When individuals come to me for one-on-one sessions, I utilize acupuncture and various techniques from traditional Chinese medicine, such as guasha and moxa. Each treatment is unique because the body evolves with each session. I aim to integrate these ancient techniques with shamanism, which holds deep wisdom spanning various cultures worldwide, including Africa, the Mayans, the Incas, and China. This combination allows me to address not only physical ailments but also mental and spiritual well-being. However, not everyone is receptive to the spiritual aspects of my practice. Through conversation, I gauge their openness and adjust my approach accordingly. When clients express curiosity, I delve deeper into energetic work, always ensuring their comfort and consent before proceeding.

How do you prioritize listening to the needs of the body, mind, and soul in your practice, and what techniques do you use to achieve this balance?

Thanks to Chinese medicine, I can often discern a lot even before clients share their stories. For instance, many people visit me with complaints of neck and shoulder pain. From experience, I can often sense if there’s underlying grief causing this discomfort. In Chinese medicine, grief is associated with the lungs, and when someone experiences significant stress, it can impact the liver, often manifesting as neck issues. By connecting these dots between Chinese medicine principles and what’s happening in the body, I can offer valuable insights. This ability to identify underlying issues is my strength in Chinese medicine and serves as a starting point for my clients. Sometimes, individuals seek my help not because they believe in spiritual matters, but simply because they’re in pain and seeking relief. Through conversation, I explore potential underlying causes, such as stress or past losses. This approach, though not exactly coaching, involves delving beneath the surface to uncover the root of the pain. It’s at this juncture that I also incorporate energetic healing techniques.

What type of services do you offer?

I provide massages and acupuncture. Previously, I also offered coaching services, but now I’ve integrated coaching into my massages. Additionally, I offer energetic healing, which can be conducted online or in person, tapping into the quantum field. I incorporate techniques from shamanism and the ancient practices of the Incas. These are the primary services I currently offer. I’m also developing an online program to provide courses, which is still in progress but will come to fruition in due time.

I work remotely with people from all over the world and everybody is welcome to contact me for a session.

As a “companion at rest,” how do you create spaces and experiences that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner peace for your clients?

Firstly, I always engage in a brief conversation before the session to understand the client’s needs. I inquire about the duration of their pain or any recent losses they’ve experienced. This helps me establish a connection and gain insight into their situation. Depending on their openness and preferences, I tailor the session accordingly.

When clients come to me in person, I create a relaxing atmosphere with a massage table, soothing music, candlelight, and aromatherapy. While it’s not feasible for online sessions, I still make efforts to enhance the experience. For instance, in a recent session with a client in the USA, I utilized Palo Santo and sage, and lit a candle to cleanse the energy field around my workspace. Though the client may not physically perceive these elements, they contribute to the overall ambiance.

During the session, I also target specific acupuncture points, which may not always be felt physically but still have an effect on the body’s energy system, promoting relaxation. Many clients have remarked on the soothing quality of my voice, which helps them relax further, particularly during meditation exercises. With my voice as a guide, I lead them through a journey of meditation, providing a calming and immersive experience.

How do you envision the role of spirituality in modern healthcare, and how does your practice contribute to this evolving landscape?

In Western medicine, there’s often a tendency to view things in black and white, but I believe in integrating all forms of knowledge. It’s not about either/or; it’s about combining different approaches. For me, it’s not the end of the story; rather, it’s just the beginning. I sense a significant shift happening, particularly in recent years. Previously, I hesitated to openly discuss my work with energy, but now I’m embracing it and reaching out to others, sharing my practices with confidence.

The COVID-19 pandemic, while bringing about many challenges, has also prompted a shift in mindset. People are realizing the importance of health as wealth. No matter how wealthy you are, without good health, it means nothing. This realization is driving a profound change in perspective. I believe that my massage techniques, coupled with trauma release and regression therapy, offer valuable solutions in addressing the trauma that many individuals carry.

In the past, practices like regression therapy may have been viewed as unconventional or strange, but attitudes are changing. I proudly embrace my identity, even jokingly referring to myself as a “witch,” in a positive light. I feel that I’m contributing something meaningful to the world, especially considering the prevalence of trauma. My understanding of astrology, though limited, aligns with the insights of friends who are more deeply versed in it. They often highlight significant shifts in energy, emphasizing the importance of addressing trauma during such times.

Even for those who may not believe in energy or astrology, there’s a growing recognition of the need to address unresolved issues. People are seeking solutions, even if they’re not sure what exactly they’re looking for. I see myself as offering a path toward resolution and healing for those who are open to it.
