How do you perceive the interconnectedness between the Sacred Way teachings and the broader spiritual landscape?

When I reflect on the Sacred Way teachings that I provide in the Moon Temple Mystery School and how they fit into the broader spiritual landscape, I recognize that they represent just one way to explore the spectrum of consciousness. The Sacred Way Teachings, specifically the High Priest/High Priestess path, encompass rituals that have been practiced for hundreds of years by individuals seeking spiritual enlightenment. It’s an alchemical process of learning to work from altered states, and there are many paths to reach that state. In this tradition, we emphasize the alignment of our bodies with our energy fields, and the rituals themselves facilitate a shifting and alignment with the light.

Can you describe a personal experience where the principles of the Sacred Way provided guidance or insight in a challenging situation?

There are many ways I could respond to this question, but I’ll share what transpired when I was recently in the process of purchasing a home. After returning from six months of travel, I knew I wanted to return to one of the islands where I had spent time. I began searching for rental properties, but the rental market was virtually empty. A fellow High Priestess suggested that I consider buying instead, and recommended working with the mortgage company she had experience with to see if I’d be approved. That day, I resumed twice-daily High Priestess rituals to align my energy and gain insights on the next right step. That’s when the strong inner knowing emerged – yes, I should buy, and yes, there is a home meant for me.

I had no clear idea of how this would work, considering the distance, the loan process, and more. But in my aligned state, I trusted that I would be guided in the right direction. I felt it in my body and knew it in my “seer” vision, and I maintained that trust throughout. The journey, from the beginning to the end, was a wild ride full of roadblocks, processor errors, and houses being purchased before I could make an offer – it was a challenging path. Yet, my aligned state and the trust I carried in my heart prevented me from giving up numerous times along the way.

The magic began on a full moon night, after completing my rituals and creating a sort of crossroads to connect with the spirits of the lands I was moving to. I entered a shifted state of consciousness, and these spirits appeared in my vision like streaks of light. They conveyed that they had held a house in a bubble of light for me, meant for me and my family. They asked in exchange for me to be an open conduit for spirits to be seen and heard while I reside there. It was a powerful message, and I felt an electric surge at the thought.

Two days later, I came across a house that, from an aerial view, resembled a witch’s castle, and my skin tingled. I contacted a local agent who conducted a virtual tour. It was perfect. A circular staircase led to a widow’s peak in the middle of the living room, it was open and filled with light, and it had all the space I desired plus a beautiful piece of property. Within an hour of seeing the video, I asked the agent to put in an offer. Sight unseen, except for a video, but my body’s connection to knowing that I would recognize the right fit – and there it was, that intuitive knowing.

Rituals continued several times a day. After putting in the offer, while waiting for a response, I had a vision from a spirit who asked me to call him “Larry.” He told me he was holding a protective bubble around the house. It was amusing and wild, and my faith was tested, as I had no clear confirmation if the house I’d put an offer on was indeed the one. But I trusted, listening to what my body was telling me.

Here’s where an interesting challenge arose – that wasn’t the name of the sellers. While waiting for them to review my offer, I decided to do some research. I scoured the internet for the sellers’ names and found an obituary for the seller’s mother, but no mention of a man.

Just as the offer was approved, and we were officially under contract, I went back to the internet and searched for the mother’s name, along with other obituaries, and what I found was nearly unbelievable. It was an old newspaper print, scanned – an obituary for a man named Lawrence who had built a house on the island and died in the house he built a few years later. The property’s location matched the house I had just gone under contract with.

It was beyond anything I had imagined. Larry had built the house I had just purchased, and he was holding it for me. But the magic didn’t end there. The sellers, Larry’s daughter, had already moved from the island and coincidentally were on the other side of the country, where I was located – less than 30 miles away at the time of the sale. The connection between the spirit world and the human interactions of this house purchase was present throughout the entire process. The journey was challenging every step of the way, and with each obstacle that arose, a message from the spirit world coincided to help anchor my faith, such as signs and posters in the house from my hometown. Every time I watch the virtual tour of the house, I discover new connections between the lands I was born on and the lands I was moving to.

Walking the path I walk, using the teachings and rituals, opened me to a place where I could receive messages, and signs, and deeply trust my inner knowing. My faith was put to the test, and I leaned on these teachings at every step along the way.

How do the Eleusinian Rites facilitate a deeper understanding of the mysteries of life and death? Could you share an example of how participating in the Eleusinian Rites has influenced your perspective on personal transformation and growth?

The Eleusinian Rites wasn’t a path I sought out; instead, it was a path that sought me out. It happened one weekend when I traveled to an out-of-state property where I was going to perform a High Magic ceremony. This ceremony had been brewing in my heart for months – a Headless Rite, signifying a passage from the old me to a new, activated, leadership role being birthed.

During the ritual, I ended up locking myself out of the house, skyclad, and had to embark on a journey of many miles to seek help to re-enter the house. I was already deep in the ritual and in an expanded state, and at the time, I didn’t realize that the person who picked me up and spent a significant part of the ritual with me was actually one of my guides appearing in human form. It was a test of sorts, a test to ensure my commitment to the process of death and rebirth.

Similar to Persephone and Demeter’s journey preceding the rebirth during the Eleusinian ceremony, I trekked the same miles under the shroud of night. When I returned, I knew I had undergone the same rite of passage, stepping into the quest for death and rebirth.

I observe the correlation on a weekly basis with the students I work with in the mystery school and those I hold space for as a spiritual coach – it’s the test before the leveling.

There’s often a journey, sometimes even a physical one, that occurs just before the new doors of transformation open. This isn’t a test in the traditional sense, as in pass or fail, but rather a test of faith and confidence in the path we’ve chosen. It’s a time to be sure, to reflect, and often, in my experience, a time of mystical happenings that create the space for the new

How do the Tenets of the Celtic Mysteries foster a connection between the practitioner and the natural world?

The tenets of the Celtic Mysteries, as I have received them, are rooted in our connection to all cycles of nature – both in our physical world and in the spirit world. We learn to move in rhythm with the Earth, understanding the significance of the rising and setting of the sun as markers of light and darkness.

There’s a strong emphasis on working with plants, trees, and the medicine they provide – not only for our human bodies but as we journey across the veil in our spiritual exploration. Sacred sites, symbols, seasonal changes, and our connection to the spirits of the land are integral to our work, facilitating our growth and enabling us to be of service.

Can you recount a time when the wisdom of the Celtic Mysteries helped you navigate a decision or life transition?

As an initiated Celtic priestess, the profound connection to nature that I grew to love through my spiritual journey became the driving force behind my decision to leave my home and family, embarking on a pilgrimage to new lands for many months following initiation. This longing had always been within me – the desire to leave behind city life and immerse myself even deeper in the circadian rhythm. I began this process by spending a week out of every month in a secluded cabin in the mountains. However, following initiation, I extended this commitment – first for three months, then two more, and eventually, I made a move to an entirely new location, landing on an island.

The practices and experiences I gained while learning the tenets of the Celtic Mysteries helped me find the land I now call home. It was a transformative journey, and I’m grateful for the path it led me on.

Thank you for asking such profound questions, which led me on a journey of remembering. It was a delightful trip down memory lane, a reminder of how I arrived at this point, and how much I cherish the mysteries that unfold in every step of this remarkable journey.
