Discover Your True, Authentic Self and Full Potential with Tiffany Stephens

Tiffany Stephens is a versatile professional in the fields of healing and spiritual arts, with roles encompassing Healing Facilitator, Shamanic Practitioner, Mentor, Retreat Facilitator, and more. She has undergone training in a wide array of practices, ranging from Human Design and Quantum Touch Energy Healing to Cross Cultural Shamanism and the Toltec teachings of Mexico. Her life purposes include being a Light Bringer, Soul Healer, Truth Seeker, and Way Shower. MysticMag has the pleasure.

Your background includes a significant career change from being a solicitor to becoming deeply involved in healing and spiritual arts. What inspired this transformation, and how has your legal background influenced your approach to your current work?

A year or so before I left my law career I knew within the depths of my being that this was no longer the life for me. I couldn’t imagine working in an office until retirement age. My soul was urging me to change my path. I had gradually become aware of crystals and their healing properties and was beginning to explore more esoteric things. During this time period, I went to a Holistic fair with a friend. One lady offered us an aura reading, during the reading my maternal grandmother came through with a message for me. My grandmother told me that healing runs in my maternal lineage and that I have the natural ability to be a medium. She died when I was 19 and had left us books by the medium Doris Stokes which I read at the time. After her death my Mum and I had visited a medium to make contact with my Nan and I had bought a book on how to become a medium. When I received the message, I recalled the book and wondered what became of it. I took heed of the message from my Nan and trained as a medium, that led onto training in Spiritual healing and then onto Energy healing. It was a natural progression and the pathway to the healing and spiritual arts opened up for me.

What I find the most interesting in the context of how my legal career has influenced my current work, is my inner transformation. When I was a lawyer, I shut down to a large degree the spirituality or spiritual connection that was there before. I can remember saying I did not believe in what I could not see and touch. Now my work is very much working in the unseen realms. What is so fascinating is having the opportunity to live two polar opposite belief systems in one lifetime and this is a testament to how we can grow and evolve if we are willing to change our beliefs.

I would add that my legal career has equipped me very well for working with people in real life situations and therefore has a grounding or grounded influence on my work approach. In law you are generally dealing with people in highly stressful or difficult situations ( moving home, divorce, death and court cases). I got to work with people going through such challenges. It is much the same now but rather than helping people from a legal perspective, I am helping them to feel better, to face the challenges and work through them, to make their life easier as they traverse these situations. I also have on occasion been able to offer legal insights into their situations to support that process and read/check legal documents for them. You can take the girl out of law but you can’t take law out of the girl

Your work covers a wide range of healing and spiritual practices, including Shamanism, Human Design, and Quantum Touch Energy Healing. Can you share a bit about how these diverse practices complement each other in your approach to helping clients discover their true selves and potential?

I believe in a w-holistic approach which means looking at issues on many levels and helping people to get back to wholeness. It is from that place that we can operate as our true selves and therefore fulfill our potential.

Shamanism is a way of reaching into the subconscious and other realms. We can use Shamanic practices such as Shamanic counselling/ Garden of Soul work to access and clear what is holding us back including subconscious programming (the Imagery work that I offer also does this) and bring us to a greater state of balance and awareness of self. . Practices such as extraction help to clear energies within our field which may have filtered through the energy bodies (mental, emotional, spiritual and physical) or attached to us and soul retrieval helps to bring back parts of ourselves that have shut off or become lost as a result of traumatic experiences. Together these practices can help people back to wholeness.

Energy Healing such as Quantum Touch and Triple Helix also work on all levels. They can help to place the person in a higher frequency state from which they feel better, less burdened, enabling them to see different perspectives and be able to face life’s challenges. These modalities can also help to heal physical ailments, including physical misalignment in the body such as scoliosis or kyphosis and other physical/structural imbalances. They can, through listening to the body (or following the pain) enable root causes of issues to be addressed and cleared. For example, I had a pelvic imbalance following a fall and my sacrum was twisted. I went to a chiropractor for 3 years to have this realigned but it would keep moving out of place. When I first learnt Quantum Touch, a 20 minute session realigned my back and I have not had a problem since. Similarly, I had a 70+ year old client with historic/chronic scoliosis, a 10 minute session had her back straight (without physical manipulation). I generally work with hands off the body. Another client had numbness in her hand and arm following a stroke and within 15 minutes was able to feel sensations again. In short these realignments can bring back quality of life to people

Human Design complements all of my work. I create charts for all of my clients (and if appropriate to their issues, their family too). This helps me to understand the person that I am working with and the energy dynamics in their relationships. Human Design shows us many things, the blueprint of who this person came to be in this incarnation and the themes that they may encounter in life. It shows where there is potential for conditioning and thus operating from the ‘not self’ rather than the true self. It shows us their potential and the story line of their life and soul purpose, amongst other things. I guide and support people in living their design and adjusting their approach to life if they are out of alignment with themselves.

Ultimately all of the modalities that I work with help people to realign on all levels

Stress is a common challenge in today’s fast-paced world, and you have firsthand experience dealing with its effects. How do you help individuals manage stress, and what strategies do you offer for maintaining a healthy work-life balance?

To some degree I could repeat what I have said above. I would start by looking at the cause of the stress, is it a response to outer world stressors or something deeper perhaps unconscious that needs to be addressed? I help them to make changes in life that will align them with themselves and their Human Design. There is a lot we can learn and understand about correct energy management from our Human Design chart. I might use something like energy healing to put them into a greater state of peace and wellbeing to help them face external stressors with more ease. I will discuss different perspectives with them. Sometimes a shift of perspective can eliminate a person’s perceived problem and/or their response to it including what they perceive as stressful. I may also give them Imagery practices to do on a daily basis, like a prescription for wellbeing, that helps move them internally into a place of equilibrium.

All my work is done on a client centred basis so there is no set formula, just what is needed by this person with regards to their situation at that time.

Can you tell us more about the concept of being a “Womb Keeper” and its significance in your practice? How does this aspect of your work contribute to your clients’ self-empowerment?

This is one of the most beautiful and powerful aspects of my work. Through the transmission of the Rite of the Womb, deep healing of all womb related issues can be healed and transformed including sexual abuse. I have seen people’s lives transformed after receiving it. For example one person, due to trauma, had not had not menstruated for 10 years yet after receiving the Rite her periods returned. I have seen deep cathartic clearing occur during these ceremonies. In my own life, family secrets came to light just months after receiving the Rite which were rooted in the womb and were connected to my lineage. It can be a profound part of Ancestral and family lineage healing work.

In terms of self empowerment, once the traumas and anything affecting the womb have been cleared, this enables women to feel more connected to and empowered within their bodies. It helps them to move on from the effects of the traumas. It paves the way for a woman’s creativity to truly flow. The womb is not a place to store fear or pain, the womb is to create and give birth to life. In this context it is not just about birthing babies but birthing the life that you want to live. Giving birth to your own life.

You mentioned your life purposes as “Light Bringer, Soul Healer, Truth Seeker, and Way Shower.” Could you elaborate on what each of these purposes means to you and how they guide your work with clients on their self-empowerment journeys?

How I live these purposes have evolved over time in how I live my life and the work that I do. They evolve as I evolve.

Light Bringer – this for me is about bringing light into people’s lives. This can be as simple as me shining my own light. It can be through bringing light and awareness in dark situations or shining a light on the subconscious so that what needs clearing or healing for someone can come to light. This is particularly significant in the Imagery work that I do which comes from an ancient lineage known as the Kabbalah of Light

Soul Healer – this is multifaceted and includes anything that helps someone connect to their soul, heal soul issues in this life and issues from other Incarnations. I work very much on a soul level with people. When we speak of lost souls that can very simply be people being out of alignment with their higher self or potential. It can also mean souls that haven’t crossed over when their body died and they are earth bound. My work includes helping souls of the deceased to cross over, to ascend. Soul Healer also encompasses the soul retrieval work and Garden of Soul work as mentioned above. Helping people to get back on track with their soul purpose is also a form of soul healing.

Truth Seeker – this for me is about inner Truth, knowing ourselves well, operating from our true self so we make decisions that are correct and true for us without need for external influences or input. This is about knowing what is right and true for us from within. This again is a big part of my work through Imagery, Shamanism and Human Design. Know thyself and you will know what is true for you.

In terms of external truth, this is about critical thinking, questioning, researching and validating. We live in a world full of information and a lot of what is shared from external sources is not necessarily true or true for us. Therefore in applying a left-brained approach to what is presented we can seek the truth for us on an individual level. However, it is ultimately the right brained, intuitive knowing as mentioned above which should prevail.

I would also add here that my legal training and work was also an element of Truth Seeking especially in the context of defending people who had been wrongly accused. The legal mind is trained to seek the Truth.

Way Shower – I like to think of this as showing the way when people are off track, or out of alignment, being a guide and a mentor who supports and guides people back to alignment and connection with themselves. I can be a Way Shower in how I conduct myself and my life showing people what is possible, opening the way to seeing different perspectives and leading by example from my own integrity and authenticity.
