A pivotal moment in my journey of self-discovery and empowerment occurred when I underwent surgery for severe scoliosis at the age of 12, resulting in the fusion of my entire spine to a titanium bar, except for the first and last discs. This condition caused irreparable damage to my unfused discs, joints, and nerves over time. Dissatisfied with the limited medical options available, which mainly consisted of pain medication, I embarked on a quest for alternative approaches to managing my chronic pain.
This quest led me to explore homeopathic medicine and eventually energy healing. Experiencing the profound impact of energy work on my own well-being ignited a passion within me to share these healing modalities with others. Additionally, my journey as a writer and artist began in childhood, with a particular affinity for card reading manifesting when I purchased my first Tarot deck at the age of 15. This early spiritual seeking laid the foundation for my current path as an intuitive healer, writer, artist, and teacher.
As an intuitive healer, how do you approach combining energy healing and the use of crystals to create a holistic balance for your clients? Can you share a specific example of a powerful healing experience?
When engaging with clients, my approach is guided by intuition, leading me to select the most appropriate modality for their needs. I utilize a blend of Reiki, Angelic channeling, crystal grids, and other techniques, recognizing the uniqueness of each individual and ensuring that no two sessions are identical.
In my practice, I view Reiki and Angelic channeling as transformative methods for shifting and integrating energy, with crystals serving as tools to ground and solidify these changes. Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of working with numerous individuals, each contributing to my growth as a healer.
One memorable healing experience occurred spontaneously at a live event, where a fellow vendor was experiencing significant physical discomfort. Offering her healing support, she experienced a profound release of pent-up emotions related to grief and loss. Witnessing her immediate physical relief reinforced the understanding of how unprocessed emotions can manifest as physical pain.
It is through experiences like these that I am reminded of the profound impact of energy work and the importance of emotional processing in achieving holistic well-being.

I provide a range of professional services, including card readings, energy healing sessions, and personalized one-to-one coaching. Additionally, I offer in-person healing touch sessions incorporating essential oils for a deeply therapeutic experience.
In March, I am planning to launch a group program, aiming to create a supportive and transformative space for individuals seeking growth and healing.
Your work involves channeling divine guidance for insights and messages. How do you connect with these higher energies, and what advice do you have for individuals who may want to enhance their own spiritual connection?
Over the years, I have dedicated myself to studying various modalities, including Reiki, crystal healing, sound healing, card reading, essential oils, and courses by respected teachers such as Kyle Gray. While these modalities offer powerful tools for healing and growth, I believe that true connection to Source ultimately depends on individual practice and exploration.
I encourage individuals to experiment and discover what resonates best with them, emphasizing the importance of consistency in their spiritual practice. For me personally, I have found a deep connection to the Angelic realm, and I often work closely with Angels and other spiritual allies. I believe that inviting these beings into our lives is essential, as they respect our free will and will not intervene unless called upon. Through this intentional practice, we can forge a closer relationship with these higher energies and deepen our spiritual connection.
The term “inner goddess” is central to your work. Can you elaborate on what it means to embrace one’s true essence, and how do you guide women in this transformative journey?
I utilize the term “inner goddess” to honor the divine essence inherent in each individual. This essence transcends the narratives and societal roles we often adopt, resembling the process of peeling back layers of an onion to reveal our true core, where our power and passion reside. A significant aspect of my practice involves empowering women to reclaim their sovereign power and lives.
My approach combines various healing modalities with intuitive guidance to help women shed self-imposed filters, release limiting beliefs, and heal inner child wounds. While my work primarily involves one-on-one sessions, I will be launching a group program called “Reclaiming Your Life” in March. This program will provide participants with the tools and support needed for their personal transformation, including live coaching sessions.

It is not uncommon for individuals seeking healing to anticipate immediate results, though this outcome is not always immediate. The body requires time to integrate energetic changes into the physical realm. Moreover, it is crucial to understand that healing is not synonymous with being “cured.” Rather, it is an ongoing process that requires daily commitment to maintaining alignment.
Furthermore, addressing the underlying issues or habits that contribute to energetic blocks is essential. Without transmutation of these root causes, individuals may find themselves trapped in a cycle of stagnation.
