From battling chronic pain to mastering diverse energy modalities, Wendy shares her insights into the profound realms of Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, and the Magnetic Mind Principles.

How did you come across energy healing and when did you know it would be your calling?

My first experience with Energy Healing was in 1995 when I was having difficulty recovering from a car accident in 1992 (I was a passenger) dealing with Chronic Pain. However, when you think about having suffered from Chronic pain from originally following traditional medicine with pharmaceuticals, massage, physiotherapy, chiropractic I was getting side effects with the pain meds. I turned to naturopathic remedies which did help but didn’t resolve the chronic pain & severe migraine headaches. In 2000 I was in another car accident not my fault, and reinjured my neck and given a new problem sciatica which I never experienced before had debilitating pain down both legs. I kept with the naturopath, .massage & acupuncture, chiro, but delved further into less traditional methods such as heller work, EMDR, and deep facia release. I was gaining a bit of ground.

I was then introduced to Emotional Freedom Technique in 2002 training with Dr. Gary Craig the founder of EFT and two facilitators in Kelowna BC. I was really inspired when my pain levels decreased. This energy work fascinated me! I was so curious I became a certified Advanced EFT Practitioner. I began having clients with friends and did sessions through word of mouth. It was a part-time gig as I was working full-time, and single parenting with two children aged 6 & 12. Three years later I was introduced to the Emotion Code by my RMT.

I noticed subtle changes, more energy, sleeping better, not as stressed out, happier, feeling lighter. I wasn’t overnight yet when I thought about it was 1992 since I had my first accident so I understood I had a lot of stuff to clear. It was so amazing I had no idea that trauma could be attached to Emotions that you can’t process

That’s how PTSD gets accumulated and also major traumas and past injuries And physical traumas such as car accidents, divorce, loss of my dad, mother-law all contributed to my chronic pain. One day I was going to work and noticed gees, I don’t have that gnawing pain in my neck or lower back pain. I then started learning how the Emotion Code works and took some seminars and learned how to use the Emotion Code and how to help others. When I retired from my full-time job, I became a certified Emotion Code Practitioner, and during Covid, I became certified in the Body Code. Recently I have been Certified in the Belief Code Practitioner Level 3.

What energy healing modalities/techniques do you use?

As a certified Belief Practitioner, I use all three: the Emotion Code – releasing trapped Emotions, the Body Code releasing misalignments and body and mind imbalances, and Beliefs Systems that contribute to you feeling stuck, not motivated, sabotaging success in health, relationships, career and your personal happiness. Sometimes I use EFT if the client is experiencing severe anxiety so I teach them the tapping sequence with a recorded video.

Can you explain the Magnetic Mind principles to our readers?

Magnetic Mind Principles are based on the fact that You are NOT BROKEN. It’s your structure that needs tweaking. When you are in the right structure you can create what you love.

There are five steps to Create What you Love: with your Health & Vitality, Being a Predominant Creator and Living Your True Nature & Purpose We use a process to take you from your Current Reality to your Desired Reality

1. CHOOSE A TRUE GOAL ie. – Creating A Life You Love

2. REMOVE STRUCTURAL TENSION

3. EMOTION OF END RESULT

4. UNPLUG AND RECODE

5. TAKE ALIGNED ACTION

Learn how to align your target with your end result and move forward with complete clarity. Learn how to create new emotional set points based on the person you want to be rather than the person you need to fix. Replace old habits, beliefs, and feelings with new ones and step into your new reality with a deep understanding of your limits. Align your actions with your True Goal to create unparalleled momentum and remove the fear of “getting it wrong”!

We also use 12 other processes in the Magnetic Mind to help clients achieve a Life they Love.

How do you measure success and can you share some success stories?

Well with the Body Code & Currently the Belief – After one session of the Belief Code a client was struggling with having difficulty sleeping and feeling stuck with changing her career after being off work from a shoulder injury and recovering from shoulder surgery.

She texted me two days after the session: “Thanks so much for the treatment. What a difference it has made. Internally, I feel so light. Everywhere, body, neck, back, chest all over feels like there is space and freedom of cellular vibration. I have been sleeping like a baby and mind chatter has reduced 10 fold. It is now possible for me to remain calm. I cannot thank you enough. For anyone who is truly open and wants to connect with an inner knowing of why they feel, act, and react, in uncertain ways, this program is an absolute win!” ~ Jenni P

What can people hope to achieve with your coaching?

They can start by observing their results in their Current Reality and deciding what they want to achieve in their Desired Reality. I begin by making sure they are set up in the right structure.

If the client really wants to make changes, a 12-week program allows them to experience change and be supported through the process.

They develop a daily ritual – LENS that creates significant change if they take action! They understand what their true values are and where they want to make some changes in their life to experience more Joy & happiness and success. We move on to identifying their internal state. 

There are 12 modules where I support them with a workbook and live coaching sessions that are recorded. They will also have access to meditations that reinforce the learning.
