Can you provide an overview of your practice in Angelic Mediumship, Reiki Energy Healing, and Crystal Kids & Energy Teens, and what inspired you to specialize in these modalities?
In 2017, after a few years of challenging times, I felt I was at rock bottom in many ways and needed to learn to peel back the layers and begin to heal myself. I struggled for years with many different issues including debilitating anxiety, sudden losses of family and friends while also being busy raising two small children as my husband struggled with health issues related to Western Medicine.
What began as a curiosity into new healing modalities, became a full time passion. I started to learn more about meditation, mindfulness, chakras, energy, Reiki, mediumship, breathwork and more. I dove head first into different training and workshops and began to explore ways to bring these tools to the masses.
I completed a Master Angel certification in Sedona, Arizona in 2019 with Charles Virtue. This certified me as an Angel Practitioner, Advanced Angel Practitioner and a Soul Ascension therapist. I then completed my Reiki 1, 2 and 3 training, becoming a Reiki Master. I’ve taken classes in other modalities, including Integrated Energy Therapy, additional Mediumship training and an additional Holy Fire Reiki Master teacher training and mentorship this past May 2023-Jan 2024, with the amazing Jeffrey Charles Warren.
Crystal Kids & Energy Teens offer unique approaches to healing and spiritual connection. How do you integrate these modalities into your practice to support the diverse needs of your clients, particularly children and teenagers?
Kids these days are very busy with lots to navigate in their daily lives, especially after the past few challenging years. After graduating from college with a degree in Childhood Studies and a minor in special education, I moved to Boston to become a professional nanny. Teaching and working with kids has always been my true passion. A crystal kids, energy teens session can be a powerful tool for anyone’s healing journeys, but especially children and teenagers.
I have worked with children as young as five and as old as college age students in this capacity. I have a wonderful packet that we look at together that goes over the entire chakra system in a kid friendly way, as well as a fun quiz so they can learn their strongest one. We discuss the different ways they can work on healing these different energy centers, including wearing a certain color, eating foods that align, using affirmations and mantras, as well as incorporating crystals into their healing journey.
We learn simple breathing and grounding techniques that they can utilize in their daily lives, including box breathing and the five senses grounding technique. We also discuss having an attitude of gratitude, how to journal using I AM affirmations as well as ways to meditate. This class has been a big hit with the students who have attended and I hope to bring it to more children and teens in the future. Crystal Kids/Energy Teens is definitely one of my favorite passion projects, and I look forward to continuing to grow this offering.
Reiki Energy Healing is known for its ability to promote relaxation, balance, and healing. How do you adapt your Reiki sessions to meet the specific needs and sensitivities of your clients, and what outcomes have you observed in terms of their well-being?
Reiki is an amazing healing modality that has helped me in so many ways on my personal healing journey. As a practitioner, I still go for my own regular healing sessions with different local Reiki Masters, as I realize the importance of keeping our energy balanced and aligned. Many of my clients are returning and repeat clients who have noticed how it has also benefited their lives in many ways. Reiki can help with overall stress and anxiety relief, encourage better sleep and relaxation, reduce pain and tension, support our immune system, as well as help us find peace in our minds and body.
I have had clients come in before surgery or procedures to get grounded and relaxed. I have worked with clients suffering from chronic illness and they have also found relief from many of their symptoms. I have a client currently going through cancer treatments, who finds Reiki extremely beneficial in between her chemotherapy sessions.
I offer 60 and 90 minute sessions where I incorporate crystals, sound and meditation guidance for those that enjoy verbal cues, or silent sessions for those that prefer quiet. Reiki should not be regarded as a cure for any condition, but rather to support and enhance other treatment forms.
Zen and friends suggest a focus on supporting adult individuals in understanding and harnessing their energy. Can you share insights into how you educate and empower adults with disabilities through crystal work and energy practices?
Zen and friends is a class I teach weekly at the Plus Company in Nashua NH. It is an amazing nonprofit organization serving over 400 adults with disabilities in Southern New Hampshire. I have been teaching for over two years and it is a highlight of my week. I offer back to back classes each Wednesday and it has been a huge success!
We always start with a story about mindfulness, gratitude or meditation followed by a silent minute to think about and thank everyone we love. We also discuss similar techniques as the crystal kids class, including box breathing and grounding. We enjoy an awesome energy clearing meditation together after discussing our chakra centers and their significance in our healing journey.
I also offer a bit of sound healing at the beginning using a sound bowl and at the end using a koshi chime, and the sound is always a hit. After ending with an attitude of gratitude where we share three things they are grateful for, we always end with a closing affirmation and Namaste of course. Which to us expresses that “the light in me sees and honors the light within you. Shine on with peace and love!” So thankful for the amazing opportunity to teach these kind, passionate and wonderful souls!
Can you share examples or stories from your practice where children and teens have experienced significant shifts or transformations through Angelic Mediumship, Reiki Energy Healing, or Crystal Kids & Energy Teens?
What I love to do is educate and teach others how to take control of their healing with the help of the toolbox I discussed above. I have clients who have never meditated but after downloading an app with them and showing them how to use it, they will end up sending me screenshots of how many days they have completed, or the benefits they are finding.
I am always proud of their accomplishments. I have clients who have found relief after deep heartbreak and have gone on to have breakthroughs in their healing and have even started their own healing business journey! I have a client who, along with traditional treatment, has found great relief from her monthly Reiki sessions while going through her many rounds of chemotherapy. Again, it is never a replacement for any other therapy, but makes a wonderful complementary treatment for anyone seeking additional support and relief on their journey.
I have had students who have sent me pictures of them using their crystals at home, charging them on the moon, wearing or eating a color to support a particular energy center they were focusing on. I am always getting pictures of connections that were made during the session, such as a spirit animal, or Angel number that was discussed during integration after the session… the shifts and transformations are never ending and a big part of why I do what I do. Watching people heal themselves brings me such joy.
