Can you provide an overview of your “Show Up For Yourself,” “Speak Life,” and “Me-vs-Me sessions,” and what inspired you to offer these unique sessions?

“SHOW UP FOR YOUR SELF” – is what I like to call the hour of power session. It’s all about self-discovery, understanding who you are, what you want, what you don’t want, having boundaries in place, releasing detachments from things that no longer serves you, having clarity of what showing up for yourself means to you and how are you going to move forward implementing your action steps you have created in the session to show up for yourself, however that may look for you. It could be something as small as reading a book you purchased weeks ago, something as major as letting go of people pleasing, or completing a task you’ve been putting on hold due to procrastination. just overall saying yes to you and putting your wants and needs first.

“SPEAK LIFE”- over the course of these sessions, you are learning to build confidence and positivity within through your self-talk. Empowering yourself to walk into the way you see yourself by planting these seeds of encouragement in your mind, body, and spirit.  How you speak to yourself plays a major role in our life, but not only speaking them. We have to live in them. Keep in mind that what we speak, think, and how we feel becomes our state of being. Through speaking powerful affirmations, feeling the words, believing the words and vibrating off of positive frequencies of the universe only allows you to attract positive thoughts and actions THAT’S UNIVERSAL LAW, as within so without. So, speaking life keeps you mindful of the energy you bring to yourself, in your day, your space, and to your relationships/friends

“ME -VS-ME” –  these sessions reflect on your habits, thought patterns, behaviors, and beliefs. Providing you with insight on who you are now and who it is that you want to become. If you want to smile more, become more active, create healthy habits. With the knowledge, wisdom, and understating of how your past may have created a negative beliefs system for you that prevents you from moving forward to become the best version of you. Giving you clarity on how to rewrite your belief system and guiding you on a path to love yourself enough to cultivate a positive mindset and believing in you enough to know that you are the creator of your reality. Change starts in the mind and in the heart.

The inspiration behind these sessions was my own personal journey to self-love, self- discovery, and healing. There was a time in my life when I looked for love everywhere except within, I would always doubt myself and self- sabotage any good thing that may have come my way due to lack of confidence, low self-esteem, not speaking up for myself, unhealthy habits, no self- love, childhood trauma, toxic relationships/friendships and being disconnected from God. I wanted more for myself, I wanted to live with purpose, and to know that I am worthy of the life I want. I became the change I wanted to see in myself and in the world by embodying everything I give  to my clients from tools, techniques, and knowledge provided in each session.  

How do you structure these sessions to help individuals cultivate self-awareness, confidence, and personal growth?

With all of these sessions the change comes from the determination the individual put towards the action steps they created to get to be the change they want for themselves.  Each session is tailored to the client. As a mindbody practitioner educating clients on how the mind is very powerful and it creates whatever you allow.

If you focus on negative you create more negative, if you focus on positive you create more positive. Providing clients with science-based evidence on how the mind and body works and how your thoughts, words, and emotions become your state of being. It gives them faith to create the changes they want. Because now they understand the greatest thing about all of this is they have the power to choose what they want for themselves.

Can you elaborate on the goals or outcomes that clients can expect from participating in these sessions?

I can’t express enough the outcome of these sessions and that is allowing the clients to understand that they are in control of their destiny. When clients participate in these sessions they are empowered to take control of their emotions, their feelings, and their thought patterns, getting a better understanding why the changes they wanted have been so hard for them to make.

This is all done by using a holistic approach with coaching. Focusing on the client as a whole. Mentally, spiritually, emotionally, physically. This way nothing is unbalanced and the client can experience a more fulfilled life. Because they are aware in each area of their being and understand the WHY for the changes they want to make.

How do you guide clients in establishing healthier habits and mindset shifts through this session?

A powerful tool used in the show up for yourself session is a vision worksheet and a 10- minute visualization meditation. With the worksheet they express what a happier, healthier, stronger, and healed version of themselves looks like. This allows the client to create the habits and set goals they need to shift and manifest what they wrote on paper.

During the mediation they get to feel that energy of being the best version of themselves. You see the mind doesn’t know the difference between the past, present, or future. So, in this moment the client gets to experience what self-love feels like, the positive thoughts they want to think, what walking in their truth looks like to them.

They get to feel that energy of seeing themselves as God sees them, in that moment they become everything that they could have ever imagined to be. Once they come out of mediation.  This is when creating the action steps come into play to keep them focused on the vision and habit to keep them in that positive vibration toward change.

How do you help clients harness the power of their words and thoughts to create a more empowering narrative for themselves?

We talked about how affirmations are a tool to challenge and replace negative beliefs. When you speak positivity over your life you strengthen your mind, body, and spirit. With speaking life there is a core value assessment taken. This assessment helps clients to identify what values they are not in alignment with. 

The next steps would be for the client to create an affirmation and habits or goal setting toward embodying this specific value that is focused on. As the client continues to repeat affirmation with pure intention to believe in the words spoken out of their mouth. They have no other choice but to become that because those are the seeds they are planting in their minds. They start to be empowered and gain confidence within and it starts to reflect not only inside of them but outside as well.

“Me-vs-Me sessions” hint at inner conflict resolution and self-reflection. How do you support clients in navigating their internal struggles and overcoming self-limiting beliefs during these sessions?

Me-vs Me, that’s all that will ever be. We are the only ones in our own way through the choices we make. Sometimes we don’t even realize this. With me- vs- me we learn how to catch, challenge, and change our negative beliefs by reprogramming your subconscious mind and creating new beliefs. There are many tools to help with this.

Practicing mindfulness, journaling, practicing gratitude, staying present, and focusing on positive thoughts and having a growth mindset helps learn how to replace unhealthy habits with new ones. Educating clients on smart goal settings also helps to create long lasting change.  With me-vs-me you learn how to love yourself more and be all that you are destined to be. Practicing meditations, breathwork, visualization, and anything that allows you to connect with God/Self  is key to ME-Vs-Me. 

These tools guide us within and give us awareness of self. What are we doing? Where do we want to go from here? what steps need to be taken to accomplish the goals I set for myself. These questions give clarity on your vision and action steps. Going within is the space where real transformation happens. In these sessions my client has space to be free from their day to day, unconscious  thought patterns, titles, any negativity that was experienced in their day, or stress. Each session is focused on bringing  awareness to the client whole being and results they want to see with each goal setting, more so if their thoughts, words, and actions are aligned.
